My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Resort & Casino for 6 nights. We have amazing memories from our time there! The room was fairly spacious, view was good of the bay. Room was quiet at night.
Pillows were not comfortable but that could just be a preference thing. Pool area was wonderful!!! Christian and Marbin were our bartenders and they were fabulous! By day two they knew who we were and would have our drinks waiting for us by the time we got up to the bar area! Plenty of shade and sun areas on the pool level.
Concierge was very helpful when we needed them.
We loved the free shuttle to Old San Juan and used that service occasionally.
We used the Coffee shop a few times and the options were good.
We didn’t like Choices restaurant. The food was over priced for the breakfast we got. My eggs were rubber, I asked for over medium eggs. I couldn’t even cut them!
Our event was held on the second floor and we used many of the rooms there, it was beautiful and the food was amazing every day for our event.
Staff at the entire resort was the best we have seen while traveling! If we ever get back to PR we will stay here again.

The Hotel says is pet friendly. They charge for the pet stay and a cleaning fee additional. At the checkout they charge me $500 because they said that the carpet and mattress were damaged but they didn’t let me go to the room to see the damages. We tried to argue the damages but they said that the room is lock for cleaning purposes by another company. When we check in the carpet and sofa had stains and the room had a weed smell.

Sheraton is a nice resort with a Casino an ok swimming pool and Gym. Convention center area is live with plenty of restaurants at walking distance. Not beach front but a short drive to Condado and Isla Verde as well as Old San Juan. Note there is a construction next door and it gets noise from 7:00 AM particularly on the rooms towards that side of the building !

The overall property and staff are awesome. They work very hard. The food is pricey and doesn’t always deliver for the cost. However, I would stay again and just voice my concern. They are very responsive.
