I didnt receive my gold previlages, the hotel was old, the beds are not comfortable, staff though are very friendly.

The hotel is quite dated in many aspects the hallways and corridors to the rooms as well as the doors and door frames definitely show their age and some damage. The photos do not correspond to the current state of the hotel. The carpeting is very outdated all over the hotel. Also as I was there for an event the meeting rooms are not properly equipped to deal with today's need both from a lighting, projector and microphone perspective.

I like the property location was pretty close to market n inside the property had a restaurant which has amazing tasty food. I didn’t like the room cuz u could see the walls had patches of paint n my bathroom floor had all water I guess plumbing issue.

Property dates didn’t feel like a five star property also area didn’t look nice

Deluxe room was large, clean, with comfortable bed and nice shower room. Good wardrobe space, TV and wifi. Only minor comment was that there had obviously been a leak of water from above the shower in the past and there was a dark slightly mouldy stain on the shower cubicle ceiling which would have looked better if it had been repainted, but high ceilings so wasn't close to you. Didn't eat in the hotel, as is often the case with a no-breakfast room deal, breakfast was overpriced in my opinion. Very convenient for Al Doha Al Jadeda metro station, 6QR for day train ticket and the metro was a delight. That was good as there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and as a solo female traveller there didn't feel like many other females walking around in that area. Hotel shuttle bus from airport worked well, although you do need to find the email of the hotel which hotels.com doesn't make that easy to find and email them with your flight details. Then when you come through the exit at arrivals there will be someone with a board with the hotel name or ask for them at the information desk. Don't go straight out to the hotel shuttle area. I only waited about 10 minutes. There is one free shuttle an hour back to the airport. This hotel choice worked well for me.

Great if you are in transit and need a place to stay, good location if you want it nesr airport. Place is a bit old, staff are friendly.

Very attitude of front Office staff

I like the fact that room service was regular with provide water, towels, tissue etc. I didn’t like that parts of the hotel room was not clean, especially the bathroom.

The service was above & beyond! Shuttle met us and is dependable. Quiet rooms . Good English and very helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, good location, Breakfast cost on the high side.
