The apartment was clean and tidy. There was no one at reception desk and no reply on emails although some instructions were sent through prior to our stay. The water was coming up through the drain in the bathroom, the hairdryer didn’t work and there was only one loo roll left. However, overall an ok stay :)

A rather disappointing review from me and my husband. We were in room number 6 and there were two major problems with the room. The first one was that the air conditioner was not cooling the place and it was horribly hot in the room. The second one was the shower as it was either too hot or too cold, no middle position.
Nevertheless, the location was great and the place was clean. Our friends stayed at room number 3 and they had none of our problems, so maybe it was just our room.

very nice appartment -- nicely decorated and furnished. kitchen equipped save a microwave and cooker. two televisions, two balconies, two air conditioners too. washing machine was nice. it's on the 4th floor without a lift so be aware. good communication with manager and was allowed to check-in with the door code.

The property was nice and clean. washing machine was provided . room service was provided ince every 4 days which was fine.
The property has internet and TV issue for the provider. I was not noticed or i was not offered mobile internet and I have not been compensated for being without internet and TV for the whole period .
I ordered a crib and i was not told that i have to pay for it until the second day of having it . no mention on Expedia about charging for the crib. the crib was ripped and was not safe for our baby.

The receptionist spoke only Romanian. There was a mistake with an invoice (wanted to charge 2 nights instead of 1) and you could not clarify with receptionist (not speaking any foreign language). Only cash accepted.

Estuve 6 días y me sentí muy cómodo en el alojamiento, limpio, espacioso, y nuevo. Tuve dudas para prender la calefacción y me ayudaron inmediatamente.
Se tienen opciones para comer comida rumana o italiana, y la zona es tranquila y segura.
Un ligero problema es que el desagüe del baño olía un poco pero nada fuerte.
