Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence

Sink was clogged and elevator has stopped when we’re in there. Rooms got aged and there nothing in the minibar.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. I started by getting a really good bed and breakfast deal and was also really impressed with the leisure facilities. The bonus was when I opened the door to my room, I discovered I had been given a sweet with a TV in both the sitting room and bedroom. There was also a large fridge and cooking facilities. The next time I'm in Bucharest, this will be the first hotel I look up.

Room was OK but the building needs renovation.

Wonderful stay in Bucharest, staff were very accommodating and allowed us early check in and upgraded our room. Great selection of breakfast. I would add room was dated in compression to the pictures.

Nothing unique

The area is not really nice. The staff- Alexander was very nice, helpful. The other receptionist was a bit not nice. I booked this hotel because of sauna, pool and gym. When I arrived- I was told that sauna and pool are under repair. Wish I know beforehand and stay where I was before- in a nicer hotel with ALL amenities. Went to the World Gym. Got disappointed. The staff is rude. No free water to drink, only to purchase. WHAT??? Ok, I will stay away from this hotel and gym.

Excellent receptionist and knowledgeable, clean rooms beautiful property! Restaurant in the back with pool lounge wait staff took a half hour to take drink orders totally ignored us party of 5 with food orders took over an hour to acknowledge us, was totally ignored by original waiter had to call a waitress over to take payment for drinks we originally ordered, was upset and not happy we were ignored for food order, we decided to to leave and just paid for drinks she picked up the bill after 40 minutes and ignored the fact she owed change!! The restaurant in the Radisson section of the pool and out door lounge we were ignored!! The hotel Park Radisson was excellent and accommodations. Only one negative experience with that particular restaurant.

Upon arrival the hotel looked pleasant enough, it had a welcoming foyer and staff members to check us in. But as soon as we started walking to our block to find our room the pleasantness disappeared, the elevators were tiny and terrifying to use, but we had to as we were on the 8th floor of 9, on route to the room you could see bad touch ups of paint, wires hanging out of walls and just generally run down space. Whilst the room itself was spacious (2-bed apartment) it was tired and run down and nothing like the images shown when booking. The bathroom was outdated and furnishings old, with lumpy pillows and duvets, it didn’t make for a pleasant stay. No slippers, amenities and the safe don’t work. Upon checking out we got trapped in the dodgy lift for a good five minute score we managed to go up a floor to get out, a truly terrifying experience. Upon compliant the hotel staff did offer us water and to pay for our taxi to the airport as an apology which we appreciated. It is not the hotel that we expected, a 2.5 star at best.

Walk a bit around to find healthy food.

Excellent staff. Great Sharkia restaurant. A small problem about carrying the luggage from the underground parking. Overall, strongly recommended

A fimily of 4, the apartment was new, clean and comfortable, The only issue is there was no AC in the bedroom only in the living room

This is definitely not 5 star. Almost 4 star for the following issues. Location--Great location! Layout--The hotel is a labyrinth maze and has a poor layout. Front Desk--Georgina and the front desk staff are superlative. Georgina assisted with early check in, always, friendly helpful, informative, accommodating especially with early check in. Same with all the male staff at the front desk. Lovely and helpful. Mohammed was also very helpful when I arrived late in the night. Great fellow and the gentlemen were always nice about giving waters. Room--The room leaves a lot to be desired. Small. Comfortable bed. However needs a clock and more outlets for electronics. TV sometimes didn't work and the room phone to the front desk didn't work many times. The bathroom floor gets very wet every time when showering because there is no door or curtain. Breakfast---The breakfast (which was included in my room price) is decent and there were some non-meat options which is appreciated. If you want something quality like an omelet you will have to pay extra. Gym/Pool---Nice equipment. Miserable pathetic staff. Security and silly rules. Rules like, you can’t sit by the pool unless you are in a bathing suit. What kind of stupidity is this??? My girlfriend is watching the kids and just sitting there and she is kicked out by security, and the manager and the swim coach. Doesn’t anyone have better things to do in Bucharest?? Absolutely perfect hotel brilliant stay had room upgrade for free nothing bad about this place everything spotless clean and enjoyed it will definitely be here again
