One of the friendliest and cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brasov!

A convenient and well-maintained hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. No onsite parking and no valet so parking was a bit of a challenge.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Brașov for two nights and were initially very impressed. I was traveling with my brother, his wife, and my nephew, and we truly loved the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for exploring the city. However, our experience was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the front desk staff, which left us extremely disappointed. Despite putting down a deposit for both rooms I rented, which was meant to cover any incidental charges for our group, the staff embarrassed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in front of other guests. After breakfast, they were rudely stopped and not allowed to leave the restaurant until they paid for their meal, even though I had clearly instructed the staff to charge any expenses for both rooms to my account. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to share my feedback about this incident, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in what I had to say, didn’t even attempt to apologize, and acted as though she didn’t care about the issue at all. Her attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that carries the prestigious Radisson Blu name. This situation was completely unnecessary and humiliating. It not only caused discomfort for my family but also made us question the professionalism of the hotel. Such a poor experience, no communication.

Best amenities, professionalism, proximity of everything

In few words: Exceptional staff managing an exceptional hotel. In more words: Customer service fit for a 7 star hotel on par with dubai's finest, from the check-in, manager and Director, i was shocked to find this in Romania where customer service is more on the lacking part. The hotel itself is a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful choice hotel while staying in Braşov.

Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. Tried to eat at the restaurant but they had no room so we sat at the bar and ate. Reception came in clutch, getting us a ride from Brasov to Bucharest when the trains were sold out. Room was spacious and clean. Close to old town. I would definitely recommend.

Arrived exhausted early after a long trip from the US. The staff was so nice to accommodate an early check in when a room was available. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel.

This hotel was a great find!! It was conveniently located, clean, with excellent amenities. The staff were all helpful and courteous. We were particularly appreciative of Dennis who took the time to help us with a couple of small appliances in the room and also told us all about the hotel’s offerings.

Not a 5 star hotel experience. Staff needs more training and experience. Having one more valet parking/ concierge wouldn’t hurt either!!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson in Braşov! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with patience and professionalism. Special thumbs-up to Corina at the front-desk who assisted us with multiple questions! The only cons is the parking, which can be a bit tricky if you prefer to park in the proximity of the hotel.

The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is an issue but we used valet which was great. (Thanks Robert!)

Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

Few staff but very helpful

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. We extended our original booking by 2 nights and am happy we were able to do so. I know I purchased two premium rooms, am not sure why we were told we only got one ?? Also, I wish the pool area had its own umbrellas. Also, I’ve asked at the reception to have one of two rooms I had cleaned and by next day at noon we were still waiting. Otherwise the staff was super nice and professional. We absolutely loved the staff at the Sky Bar ! So so attentive And accommodating. We’d love to go back
