I enjoyed my stay at Koi Resort. The staff was very friendly and resourceful, also helping us with finding cabs to the strip. The property and views are beautiful as well. We only wished there was more variety with the drink menu and dinner menu, but the food was good as well.

It was quiet and away from the main streets as long as you can drive to get to where you need to be, there is a bus to the closest beach , I like the fact that I could relax and be peaceful and the place was clean and trendy .

We could not check in at our prearranged date due to flooding around the hotel so as a result, we had to book another reservation for our first night elsewhere. We were also awakened by loud emergency sirens on multiple occasions during our stay. The gym key also stopped working on day 4 and had to be replaced. Other than those issues, this is s phenomenal hotel that is very clean and modern.

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. But, the breakfast buffet and the bar are very unsanitary. The bar was constantly full of flies. The breakfast buffet was covered in flies and small birds that left droppings on the seats and tables. These things need to be addressed,

We had a wonderful time at the Koi Resort St Kitts. From the moment we stepped out of the airport we were warmly received and taken directly to the hotel. Check in was smooth and quick with some of the best customer service I've experienced at front desk. A special thank you to Kayla & Shealiyah. The restaurant delivered some amazing food that we both really enjoyed. The Spa was very refreshing and we really enjoyed our massages as well. Thank you to Sophia for making that happen. We will definitely be back in the near future!
