Our room was excellent, close to the Caribbean and the hotel pool. The room was well designed and spacious. The resort is clean and well managed. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurants offer a good selection, but some things are not well prepared and everything is crazy expensive. They add the service and taxes, which are like a 30% adder. For instance, they will cook all meats perfectly to whatever temperature you order, but they massively overcooked the lobster. Don't order pancakes or waffles (very dense, and falls apart like cornbread) if that's your thing. Service at the pool is very slow...

Beautiful property with a very cleverly and brilliantly designed setup. The pool area meeting the beach and units all with excellent views. The adult pool was intricately designed to maximize enjoyment and privacy.

Breakfast, pool bar, housekeeping and Fisherman village staff were all friendly professional attentive. Had a great experience.
Guest with small kids, please take note you can only go to 2 /3 of the onsite restaurants.
Stone bar is only for adults NO kids. We weren’t told this at check in or when we made the reservation for dinner.
It was quiet upsetting when we arrived with our 8 year old and was turned away. Sadly nothing extra was given as a peace offering Over all our visit was enjoyable.

Great property, 4 star quality. Grounds are beautiful, food is great! But it’s expensive, the rooms with pool are great, but the pools are not heated, so if you coming in lower temp dates, 80-85 pools are cool, including the personal and common pools.

Beautiful property, nice rooms, loved how easy it was to move between the pool and beach. Staff was very helpful. Food at the restaurants was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.
Our kids did crafts at the kids club for bit while I could workout or sit by the adult pool.

Our heartfelt thanks to the whole team at the Hyatt. We loved every minute of our stay. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms large, well appointed and designed and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came to St Kitts for a wedding with other guests staying at villas and the Marriott and everyone agreed the Hyatt was an incredible experience. We would love to return with the family again. Special shout out to the staff at the Great House - every one was exceptional.

This property was amazing. A true spa retreat resort that looks out at Nevis and pretty removed from “the strip”. One of the nicest beaches and pools. Staff is so friendly too.
They do not have an ATM and most of the taxis prefer or “only take” cash. A boat dock right on the property makes a quick day trip to Nevis very easy ($60 round trip).

This was our 3rd time visiting this property. Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. Started the vacation off with a couples massage at the Sugar Mill spa onsite. Chef Aular prepared a fantastic and memorable anniversary dinner for us. Loved it, as always. Friendly staff. Many staff members remembered us from our prior visit last fall and made us feel most welcome. Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful view of Nevis. Planning on going back as soon as we are able to.

Over $10k for a suite with 2 rooms for a week vacation is hard to justify at this resort and, frankly, St Kitts. They nickel and dime you for everything. People are nice but not friendly and not particularly skilled. The resort was mostly empty and I found it inexplicable they don’t discount some to get more people. You can have an epic vacation on St Barts for the same price.

The staff was consistenly friendly and attentive. The grounds were manicured and clean. No empty glasses or wet towels left.
Ice water at the poolside and beachside was absolutely refreshing and the courtesy sun screen and cooling gel.
