No hot water in the shower at all!!!!! It's December!!!! Luckily the bathtub had some. Not a complainer; just subjective feedback and maybe good fodder for a meme: Would you stay at a five star hotel that has no hot water (in the winter), or a 3 star hotel that does? (If you're from Finland it doesn't count, Lol).

The check-in and welcome were disappointing, and despite being a new hotel, the furniture and towels seemed worn and in poor condition. However, breakfast was exceptional thanks to Zirari, whose outstanding service truly stood out and made my mornings enjoyable. While the hotel needs improvement in some areas, Zirari’s hospitality was a highlight of my stay.

The front desk man has lied to my family by telling them he would give an upgrade, when he change the 4 room booking to 3 bedroom apartment which is not upgrade at all … and when they came back to complain he informed then its a full hotel !!!!
The apartment is even cheaper then my orginal booking
