Staff were very nice, especially Benedict and Nino at the Lounge. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely location. We could see the Jeddah Fountain from our balcony. Enjoy our stay.

The entire staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Nehad took special care in assuring we had a most comfortable and productive stay. Fitness center/pool excellent feature and Ibrahim the barber took good care in short time. Wonderful stay.

Old furniture... Rusty windows... One of the staff are good... One are very bad...

This is in no way a 5 star hotel. At best, it's a 2 star. The entire property is highly dated, there's rust and gunk in the bathrooms, the tiles and tubs are severely worn down, the rooms smell damp, and the food was just awful. I have not stayed at a more run down place in my life.

This was the absolute worst stay and I even checked out a day early! Balcony was basically a pigeon coop, bird droppings, just filthy. Dirty curtains, stained floors and non existent wifi. Why they would rent out a room when they are clearly renovating that side of the hotel is beyond me.

When you pay such money to stay at a hotel you expect much better service and conditions. The bathroom water was not working, breakfast service is bad and hotel is expensive

Internet Wifi is terrible, I can't call someone from WhatsApp or I can't watch something from streaming services. Bathroom was terrible, I don't know which year we are in but there should not be curtains in bathtub. Even bathtub needs to be changed with the shower. These 2 topics were my disappointment. Other than bad things, breakfast was great. People speaks English and very helpful.
