I had a great experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. A special thanks to Ahad at the reception — she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made check-in smooth and easy. Her warm attitude truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place!

Facilities were very good compared to the charges asked. Neat clean and modern. Service, house keeping staff very helpful. Shuttle service to Haram very convenient, but not as frequent as mentioned in their posts. They arranged a special trip for us, at 1.30 am, which was not their scheduled time, because their new schedule was not mentioned in their ads. where they were saying hourly or half hourly trips.
