Mövenpick Beach Resort Al Khobar

Amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing stay for a 5 star resort. Unwelcoming security staff on the front gate, drawn out check-in and our suite was cold, dirty and tired. Certainly not what we were expecting from this Hotel chain. We asked for a no smoking room and our room smelt of cigarettes and had ashtrays. The curtain were drawn so the room was dark on entering, we opened the curtains to find incredibly dirty windows and even dirtier net curtains. The room got really cold so we tried to turn the air-conditioning temperature up but found the controller hanging off the wall and it wouldn't let you select heat. On check-in we were not told where the restaurant was or the spa, not even what time breakfast was. We hoped there would be information in our room, there was none. We won't be staying again but would suggest Movenpick senior management send someone to check in for a night or so and see if this particular hotel is worthy of its 5 star rating and the Movenpick brand.

I have no idea how the Movenpick Hotel chain is letting their brand get smeared so badly. Lets List the awful things about this "resort": Extra small reception area (my family had to wait in the car) Long wait for check in process 3 star gym and spa No private beach. Tiny strip of beach (100m max) No swimming in the sea. No indoor pool for rainy days Outdoor pool is a floating insect graveyard. Max is 1.5 m While walking in the Beach and pool area barefooted, I encountered a a screw jutting out from a covered manhole and I got my foot hurt Unclean villa and stained carpet Unclean restaurant, spilled juice, dirty napkins, slow service Untrained and unhelpful reception staff (you want house keeping? Pass by the reception to prove that you are getting out of the villa. You have an emergency and need to plug your un-starting iPhone to try and get it to work? No we won't help) On Expedia website, they say that a family of 2 with 2 children can only rent a villa and nothing smaller. The Villa has 5 rooms! 6 Beds! Two floors! 4 bathrooms!

i love this resort it is vrey guite and good for romantic

Had problems with microwafe was not working. Not many unitensils. Due to high humedity and hot weather could not spend much time on beach But enjoyed as group

the location is far away from Al khobar, the beach is very small, doors and security in room very bad condition. truly don't try it.

Brand new resort! Nothing to aay more... I spent one night there and was really great exept of the food there wasn't that good ( 3.5 out of 5). I loved the swimming pool and my privite car parking near to my villa.

كانت رائعه جدا بما تعني من كلمه من استقبال من العاملين ومن ناحية الحراسات الامنيه فهي دقيقه جدا اثناء دخولك وخروجك من المنتجع وايضا نظافة الاكل في المطعم صحيح ان الاسعار عاليه لكن نظافة الاكل وجودة الطعام ايضا عاليه ويوجد مكان للاطفال ووسائل ترفيهيه ويوجد مسبح مناسب للجميع ويوجد دراجات واسكوتر تستأجر بسعر رمزي ويوجد جتسكي وبوت ياخذك بجوله في البحر بسعر تقريبا ٢٥٠ ريال ل ٢٠ دقيقه..اخذت جناح مطل على الحديقه ويبعد عن الشاطي ٢٠٠ متر مشيا على الاقدام ويوجد مكان للمساج..للامانه منتجع مريح جدا لمن يبحث عن الاسترخاء الحقيقه مهما تحدثت عن هذا المنتجع لن اوفيه حقه والله ليس مجامله ولكن واقع عشته

غير مقبول لا يتوفر وسائل مسليه للأطفال بالاضافه الى البحر سييء ومصب للمجاري

تجربه سيئه ولن تتكرر السعر غالي جدا واسم موفنبيك كبير جدا ولكن لو ماخذ استراحة كان افضل 1- اثاث مستهلك وقديم ولا يليق باسم موفنبيك 2- المكيف لا يعمل التحكم الخاصه فيه متعطل واذا اردت التحكم من خارج الغرفه 3- تعطلت بطاقة الدخول للجناح واضطريتا نكلمهم ياتون بيديل بس للامانه لم يتاخر 4-سعر المطعم غالي جدا جدا جدا مقارنه بالاكل المقدم ونكهته فالاكل غالي وسيء ولايليق بفندق نجمه وحده لايوجد تنوع فالمنيو 5- لايوجد بوفيه في ايام الاسبوع 6- لايوجد انشطه 7- قسم العاب الاطفال لايوجد به اح لخدمتك ، كما ايضا يوجد طاوله فرفيره بدون كوره + اكس بوكس بدون يد تحكم + طاوله هوكي متعطله وتالفه ولايليق باسم موفنبيك 8- ذاكرين ان المنتجع للعوائل وتفاجات بشباب جالسين معنا على جلسة المطعم المطله على البحر واشكالهم مو محترمين ولامعهم عوائل وضحك وصوت عالي والفاض شوارعيه. الايجابيات الموظفين ودودين جدا تسجيل دخول كان مبكر وتسجيل خروج كان متاخر وماقصرو معنا نهائيا وسرعة الاستجابه المسبح كان مميز وغير ذلك كان سيء

جميع الفلل والاجنحه غير مطله على البحر ، ولا يمكن الشواء في المنتجع ، المسبح ممتاز جداً ، المطعم ممتاز ، الافطار جيد ، التميز بالهدوء والمسبح التردي بالنطافة والاطلالة

رفض الفندق تسجيل الدخول مع ان الحجز مؤكد والسبب ان العائلة كانت في مناسبة ورفض قبول دخولي رغم وجود كافة المستندات وكان تعامل الاستقبال سيء جدا جدا وتم كنسلة الحجز

اطلالة الفلل غير جيدة لا تمكن من الاستمتاع بالجلوس في البلكونه اضافة الى القرب من الشارع الرئيسي وأصوات السيارات تسبب الإزعاج والقلق خدمة الغرف والتنظيف والاستقبال جيده جداً

الستائر للصالات سيئة ولا. بالصورة المطلوبة حيث يبدو انها خربانه وتحتاج الى إصلاح واو تغييرها بشكل افضل كما ان الأسعار جداً عاليه. وتحتاج الى مراجعة حيث ان الموقع قريب من العزيزية وأسواقها وليس في منطقة نائية مع السكر للجميع
