Very nice hotel close to masjid, very nice staff...
Cleanliness of the bathroom and bed are good, new towels when it needed.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, especially its very close to the haram ladies entrance gate 338 (only 2 minutes walk I guess), the room was also clean and spacious, and the amenities quite complete, the staff always there when we needed. I think that was a great stay of my family, and definitely wanna comeback to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, nearby to the mosque, some restaurants and booths of sellers. When we arrived somehow the hotel's power went off so it was dark, and didn't confirm how long and why because when we went back from the mosque, the lights had turned back on. The rooms is clean and nice, although the AC is noisy in my room, hopefully the hotel can upgrade their AC to latest version. The elevator is also considered small, so had to queue for an elevator or two until we can get in. However since we were in 14th floor mostly the elevator is empty, however it would stop almost every single floor until ground as people wanted to head down at the same time. Overall it is very nice and close to the mosque importantly. Thanks so much team!

The hotel is very comfortable, with great hospitality from the moment you arrive to the receptionist, Miss Hajar is very excellent serving and full of friendliness and jokes... The classic room is very good, the facilities are all good, very close to the hotel, the Prophet's Mosque, main door entrance.

Masyaallah this is an amazing hotel, it's really close and all the facilities are great. That's why it's delicious, especially the cakes are really delicious, I've stayed here twice for Umrah and it's highly recommended.

The hotel was wonderful, location very close to haram, masjid Nabawi, so we can reach every single prayer at the times. Cleanliness, and the food were amazing, the breakfast was very unforgettable and tasty, so many choices for the food and drinks, superb service … the staff was nice, every time we have serve from the lobby by the guy who attracting to pouring the zam-zam water and offering the dates it was wonderful, the bellman service, restaurant team, and housekeeping were amazing. Insyaallah will be stay at the same when we return to madinah … Madinah is the best placed to stay, it 's live in peace in madinah. And it 's real …. Thank you.
