Very nice and friendly property that is well located in downtown Glasgow. The cafe was nice and had tasty food. Our only complaint is that their laundry service messed up one of our orders.

Check in was swift and efficient. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room were spacious but the bathroom was quite small. The bed was a little soft for my taste but we still had a very restful nights sleep. The hotel is well located, near to Queen Street station and with lots of very good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The bar was very comfortable with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The buffet breakfast was very good however there were shortages of some items (particularly pastries and bread rolls) in the last hour of service.

Great place just a shane the formal vegetable and fruit gardens which were a sight to behold aren’t quite what they were the rest of the place is immaculate and well worth a visit. Just note the main restaurant isn’t open on Sundays

The hotel is a bland, with no real character. The reception and seating space lacks any vibe or creativity in decor. The rooms are fine but again just dull, you could be anywhere! The breakfast was terrible. Poor choice, poor quality compared to any other hotel in the area. Hot food was dried up and no fresh to order options. No fresh bread, no coffee machine, filter only and when I asked for decaf it took ten minutiae to bring one, they couldnt find it!! There were no signage on juice or yogurt so no idea what they were. No savoury spreads for toast and frozen type pastries- overall really poor for the price tag!

Was a nice place to stay for a few days. Toilet flushing was on / off as sometimes it took a few flushes for even toilet paper to go down. Breakfast was really good with lots of selection. It was really close to the train station which was very convenient.

First time staying here and would definitely consider staying again. Remarkably clean hotel, which is a number 1 for me. Staff were nice and friendly and buffet breakfast was really pleasant. The toaster was quick with no queues and the choice at breakfast was really good. The only down side was that the bar in the hotel shut really early, which was surprising, and a bottle of water in the room would have been nice but not enough to stop me from going back
