Could not find a TV remote control but that was ok as we were tired and went to sleep. Next morning I looked under the bed for remote control and did not find it there but saw lots of fluff and filth and even discarded letter from a previous occupant. Told reception about the dirt under the bed and they said they would sort it.

Really great stay! Very friendly staff and clean room! Would definitely recommend for stays in Glasgow!

Had a lovely stay! The reception staff were very friendly, the room was so comfortable and it must be said that they have great showers. Even during a pandemic, it was really enjoyable and the proper precautions have been put into place to allow people to have a safe stay.
