Nice hotel clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking is easy. Easy walk to the center.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel! And the breakfast was fabulous!!!!

There was a charge of £50 taken as i went in for any damages and if i used the car park. There was a charge of £14. No spaces available had to go and park in a municipal car park away from the hotel

We enjoyed our stay here it was only one night but would have gladly stayed more. Very friendly staff, very clean room and enjoyed our dinner in the hotel

The hotel is very nice and the facilities very nice, an intransigence of being willing to shift my second night to Newcastle due personal circumstances was a bit baffling despite me willing to pay more. The modern traveller has stuff happen from time to time and the reaction to those hiccups a can make or break good service. The staff could've done more but didn't and appeared to just want to move on as quickly as possible

The check-in by Shevani was probably the most efficient and friendly I've had in at least 10 years by any hotel. For me, this tends to give you an idea of how your stay will be. True to form, the service at the bar on both nights was superb, the same efficiency and friendliness, i was due in to Dundee city centre and ended up staying at the bar, great engagement with all the customers.

Staff were extremely helpful, service and support were efficient. Room was clean, well stocked, soaps,ect. Hot water clean towels. No need for anything else. Breakfast qas served by friendly and helpful staff ,food was excellent.

Wonderful hotel and staff overall. Only negatives were no late room service due to having no stock on both nights understandable with it being 1st & 2nd January but slightly disappointing but got an UberEats so all good. Secondly despite late check out and confirming this with staff and putting do bot disturb sign on door housekeeping still came into room 2 hours before checkout time while we were in. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Bar staff were lovely as were reception staff.
