Very close to St Andrews Old Course, restaurants and town centre. Ideal location

We booked last minute for St Andrews so this was one of the few properties left that had an opening. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked to pay, but the room was big and the bed was comfortable (albeit a bit on the small side for two people). We were in their other building across from the main hotel. There were a lot of stairs which was fine for us but could be an issue for others. The parking situation wasn’t ideal. There were apparently free spots somewhere but they were never open so we had to keep feeding the meter during our stay (be sure to have coins!). The hotel is on one of the main streets so on one of the nights it got a bit noisy. The included breakfast was pretty decent. All in all probably one of the nicer hotels in St Andrews.

Nice room. However it was located across the road and on the top floor.

Great location and lovely hotel

Really nice hotel. We were in the annex across the road but the very helpful receptionist took us over to our room. Room was huge as was the bathroom which had really nice toiletries. Breakfast in the main hotel was really good with freshly cooked items fresh fruit pastries and lots more. I would return to this hotel

Their staff went above and beyond and were so extremely helpful. The location was perfect and everything was clean and lovely. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. My one quibble is that the front desk was not present when trying to check out early in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I had a very positive experience.

An amazing experience from start to finish, the staff are friendly and went the extra steps to ensure we had a great stay, Lovely Spa to chill out in, The room was luxurious with everything you could need, Delicious breakfast and as an added extra the coffee van over the road makes tasty coffee which is free to residents for the whole of the stay, Free parking car park next to the building We will stay again next time we’re in St Andrews

Staff were lovely and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast options and very tasty. I would not recommend staying top floor in the annex to anyone with walking difficulties or even those who can’t manage steep steps. The room layout with the windows and low slopping ceiling meant my partner cut his head open and I bumped mine too but was only bruised. Only one chair at the table where coffee machine was and this was broken - so was disappointing.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent choices for breakfast. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic one night stay. The hotel is located in the heart of St Andrews, close to all of the town’s amenities. The staff were professional and welcoming (Klaudia in particular was very kind and took the time to talk to me about my visit to St Andrews). My room was spacious and had a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent: there was a plentiful continental selection in addition to the cooked breakfast. -My room was mostly very clean (apart from some dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe).

They've sent a lot of money on this hotel..... The spa is a great addition yet was let down by the standard of cleaning, the steam room particularly. Breakfast cooked great yet bread was poor quality and let it down....

Hotel was great . Staff were really helpful the only issue we had that could have made our stay amazing would have been a double bed .. for that fact it was a great stay rather than fantastic .

A beautiful stay, we will return. Lucie was excellent and a super friendly face to see upon arrival!

Boutique hotel in center of St Andrews. Clean, tasteful rooms with excellent service. Breakfast was included. When we advised the front desk we were leaving early, they offered to make sure a simple English breakfast would be available to us before the official start time, which was very nice of them and greatly appreciated.

Nice hotel and spa facilities are included which is great. Breakfast is delicious. Room was spacious and clean, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was two singles pushed together but the mattresses were different heights so was a very wonky/uncomfortable nights sleep. Also a shame the bar was closed even though it says it’s open on weekends (we were there on a Friday)
