This was a very nice hotel, to me. Check-in was easy, staff were all great, loved the location. I was able to walk to see a ton of sights and getting back to the room was great because it was cozy. Great experience, especially for the price.

My husband and I visited Edinburgh for 3 days. We had a great experience at Leonardo hotel. The room is spacious, clean and well presented. Housekeeping was done regularly.The tea and coffee tray in our room was replenished every day. Breakfast buffet was really good there was a wide variety of food selection. My husband was always looking forward to having hot meals in the morning. The staff were all attentive, polite and friendly.
I highly recommend this property. Definitely booking another stay at Leonardo Hotel when I come back to Edinburgh.

Myself and my husband visited Edinburgh for 3 nights. We stayed in this hotel which was very central to everything. We arrived at 7.30am as our flight was very early that morning. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Lauren at the reception. When I explained to Lauren about our early flight, she went above and beyond to ensure that she could get us into our room as soon as it was ready. We were exhausted as you could imagine, so we managed to have our room key by 9am which we were so grateful for. As we continued our stay, Lauren and her colleagues were very helpful with places to go and see, where to eat and how we could get there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the city centre. The breakfast was amazing, friendly staff and the most comfortable bed. What more could you want for your city break 😊

Room was comfortable. Had some plumbing issues that were promptly fixed. Bathroom was not overly clean. When room was freshened no towels were left, had to call front desk. Hotel is located a bit out of the action so long walks to get anywhere

Good location. Though hotel itself pretty much a lot of shabby, with little chique. Poor finishes, lazy 'painting' mould around bath, poor water pressure etc

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Bathroom was great but shower pressure was quite low. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was fine. All staff we engaged with were friendly and hospitable. There were lots to choose from on the menu. Parking was available but does come at a cost of £10 a night, but at least it was onsite parking.

Unfortunately thr cooked breakfasts is a big let down, its always lukewarm or cold .

Clean, comfortable room. Check in was fairly fast, a lot of people arriving at same time. Breakfast variety was good. Dinner on second night okay but service was slow and food average, served on cold plates.

First time in Edinburgh staying with friends and the Hotel was great. Staff were very attentive and friendly, always someone on the desks or around the Hotel to speak to regarding queries. Room was spotless and beds were very comfy, would recommend this Hotel to anyone planning to visit Edinburgh.
