I often visit Glasgow for shopping and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping centres. The highlight of this hotel is the customer service and staff. They really go out of their way to make sure the check-in and stay in the hotel is as comfortable as possible.
The room in this hotel is excellent and very comfortable.

Great stay at this hotel. Double room although being on the small side, was good for 1 night stay. The room was quiet and perfectly blacked out for a great nights sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly during check in. The breakfast was fantastic! Great choice of items and everything well cooked. Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival met by a bubbly lassie who booked us in and helped with information. Room was clean and fresh smell(306). Great shower, and comfy bed. Would use again

. The person on duty at night was a bit grumpy but all other staff were excellent and very helpful. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely and there was lots of choice. Eggs were cooked to order and nothing was too much bother. I would definitely stay here again.

The decor in the room was contemporary but the cleaning had only taken place on table tops. The wardrobe was filled with thick dust leaving clean clothes dirty. The bath had two holes on the side (inside) meaning you couldn’t fill the bath tub up. The shower leaked terribly with us having to use the only towels in the room to mop up.

The staff are all excellent and made me feel valued and it’s a lovely hotel that I’ve used a few times now
The only downside to my my room overlooked a busy side street with noisy xmas revellers passing by until the early hours
