The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lydia and Lucia. Hotel perfect. Definitely will keep coming back. Looking forward to our next visit. Hopefully my friend Jenny and myself are able to visit more often.

Very lovely, modern and new hotel. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, from the lobby, to the lifts, to the rooms themselves. The rooms were a little on the small side but we were fine with it. The location was perfect too, and everything is within walking distance. Other than to get to and from the airport, we didn’t need to take public transport at all.

Check in was frustrating. When you've been traveling, you don't want to arrive and have to type a bunch of things into a computer. I had already given all my information when I made the reservation, and it took way too long to dig out my ID, enter my address, etc. We prefer the old way when you just showed up, gave your credit card to the check in person, and went to your room. The person that was there was very friendly and helpful and it was not her fault.
The rest of the stay was just fine, good location and clean.

Very modern and clean hotel room. Breakfast decent for continental and like that you can grab a bag and take some with you too.
More pillows needed in the room - 1 each is never enough. And the tv oh dear. You couldn’t actually watch from the comfort of the bed as bracket arm didn’t move enough and in our 2nd room there was no signal at all! For the price it was good enough I’d say. Good to be able to walk to attractions and main shopping areas.

It’s a toss up between Point A and the Hub by Premier Inn around the corner! This one is much better but most of the time not as well priced so on occasions I have to resort to the hub! Clean and modern (nice lobby area where you can grab breakfast or a drink). Other than that it’s fairly basic and most of the rooms are very small! On this occasion I was given an accessible room 101 (not sure why) but it was clean and spacious and on the 1st floor! Not much of a view though!

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed. No wardrobe but you could hang tho gs on coat hangers. Small room but ok for me as a single traveller. Continental breakfast was fresh. My only gripe is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Could buy a coffee but i know hotels close by who don't have kettles in the room but off free tea ciffee for guests.

The Staff on welcoming were affable, amiable, friendly and knowledgeable. Set me up for my whole Edinburgh experience which I loved. Hotel is fresh, bright and clean. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Great mix of restaurants and pubs nearby with the bonus of supermarkets for any forgotten or needed items.The Hotel is only a short walk from Haymarket train station and handy for areas such a The Grassmarket. Hotel reasonably priced great quality experience.

I opted for the small room with no windows as i am only there to sleep. But it was small and mo where to put my larger suitcase. Luckily i am a solo traveler so i put it on the other side of the bed.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. We opted for the basic room without a window and although the room was quite small there was plenty of room for our needs. The hotel has a buffet continental breakfast with lots of great fresh pasties, we absolutely loved their homemade yogurt with honey and granola. The hotel is very walkable to all the sights and the staff were warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.
