One night stay for visit to Festival Theatre. Ideal location, close proximity to theatre and royal mile with many places for dining.
Comfortable bed, great shower, spacious room, well appointed with sockets, mirror and good lighting. Friendly professional staff.
Thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Will return.

Convenient walk to Underground Vaults, Grassmarket, Victoria Street,Greyfriar Kirk, Royal Mile. Dorm style room set up for 5 of us travelling together.

Our family (2 daughters - 20 & 17), husband and I stayed here.
The “family” room was a bunk bed and two “twins.” I’m not sure the twins were actually what we’d consider a twin in the US (they were quite narrow), but everything was comfortable enough. It was a small room, but clean and modern.
The bathroom door was glass that was frosted. That’s a little weird when you have 4 adults in the room together, but the room was fine.

The hotel is clean although it is a bit cramped. Easy to access anywhere because of its position in the middle of the city. A very pleasant hotel provides a wide screen for watching football together. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The distance from the hotel to get halal food is very easy.

best hotel to stay at edinburgh. near foods and attractions. cheap, spacious, and clean, but a little bit cold and getting there from waverley station was quite difficult because had to take stairs, especially for a single woman like me. the AC temperature is max 24 degree celcius so it was cold during the winter time
