It was great to find a place inside the terminal when you I expectedly are stuck for hours. It’s worth the money for a chair to sleep, food and wifi and to be able to have a shower after a long time travelling

2. Lounge attendant will then escort the passenger into their designated shower facility and be let known that they can either proceed to the lounge area or exit the lounge.
3. After the shower facility has been used by passenger, the place will be disinfected following strictly the approved disinfecting protocol. Any amenities used by the passenger (i.e towel) will be taken from and sent for proper washing.

1. To avoid inconvenience, Guest must provide Flight details and check-in time to enable hotel to process the booking.

3. Hotel will hold room 90 minutes at flight landed time /requested Check-in time. Full rate of No Show fee will be charged if Guest fail to Check-in.

On the way to Hyderabad, I stayed for 3 hours in Ambassador lounge. Food was quite nice. Plenty of options. Seats are not great. Outside sofas are much more comfortable. TV is pretty ordinary.
Suggest doing replacement of Sofas with recliners and foot rest. TV was clear. But can not hear anything. No South Indian socks. Suggest adding. Travelok pricing is very good. Suggest having secured internet. Charging stations were plenty. Each chair had couple.

It was blocked and I couldn't leave Singapore so I couldn't stay at the hotel and had to go back. Indonesia, due to ICA visa problems, wrote the wrong amount in Singapore in just one day.

Steve from t2 ambassador transit lounge was very helpful and accommodative. T2 lounge is quiter compare to T3. Shower facility and toilet are very clean and well maintained.

Decent place to spend few hours in Changi. Would be good if during evening to early morning they allocate section for people who need to rest/quick sleep by turn off some lights.

1. Sofa bed not provided as advertised 2. Aircon too cold especially for transit passengers staying through the nite till morning 3. No blankets provided It would have been same if not better occupying empty seats outside to transit rather than the lounge

Good place for stay, it's too cold in the evening after 12:00, food are ok, always available, Unfortunately there's no separation place for drying the hair, there supposed to be a special room tor the make up & drying the hair especially for the women who wear hijab. Because after I wash my hair, I have to go to common area to dry my hair, while all the man passing by. Apart from that, the service and everything are ok
