I booked this hotel for going to Taylor Swift concert and the location is so strategic. It's very near to the bus station. The hospitality was good and the hotel is clean. Overall, everything is good.

The hotel is good for a short stay, the rooms are quite small and we had an issue with the bathroom, the water was overflowing everywhere because the shower area isn’t limited from the rest of the bathroom. Overall is a nice and clean place, and 10 min walk from the nearest train station which is very convenient, loads of restaurants and food places around open overnight.

The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room

Room was kind of old with strong musty smell and poor ventilation. Bed was however quite comfortable. There is private parking available downstairs but have to press intercom to ask the receptionist to open the barrier. No credit card payment accepted for deposit and we have to pay SGD50 per room in cash.

Advantages: Central location, right at the intersection, near Mustafa center. Spacious room for 3 people, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, safe. Filled with 3 bottles of water, tea and coffee every day. The bathroom is also relatively clean. Friendly staff, lent our family a scale to check luggage. Also got early check-in. Disadvantages: The bathroom is stuffy, not airy, and doesn't smell good. The sink is cracked, the toilet seat is peeled off, so it's inconvenient every time you go to the bathroom.

The deluxe room is good enough for the price is spacey, the air conditioner not cold enough even already set with the lowest temp, the cleaniness is questionable because it seems clean but the room quite smelly cause of the leak from the rain then we got itchy when we sleep. Hence, the main problem is about the clean. The hotel is around a lot of food store, especially front of scissors cut.

I booked a room from last month. We were informed that check in is at 3pm. First we arrived at 2pm and the staff informed us that the room was not ready and said that we would be able to check in at 3pm. We went to eat and came again at 3.30pm but the room wasn't ready yet. The staff said that the previous guest extended a few hours and they didn't have another room for us and asked us to wait until the previous guest left. We complained about why they accepted extensions if there was already an incoming reservation, the staff curtly said that guests could extend if they paid 20$/hour! So we asked, will the hotel give us 20 $ of our time that was taken by previous guests? And they just laughed! Expensive room prices with service like this, I really don't recommend this place! The staff is very unfriendly, rude way of explaining, no smile, and they didn't even apologize to us for the room problem!
