Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

Really love their amenities 🫶. It’s near to met & bus station. If you come from airport , you can reach this place easy by mrt or bus, It you wanna go to Kuala Lumpur by bus , mostly the pick up point is in lavender or Kitchener compleks which is in walking distance to this hotel. There is many restaurant Around . 3 days meals just in the corner . Surely will come back again .

I got a reasonable price during peak season because of Taylor Swift concert. The room was clean and enough for 2 people. The guy in the receptionist is so friendly and full of good energy! I had a very pleasant stay here.

Hotel kecil yang menyenangkan. Kebersihan sangat terjaga. Lokasinya dekat dengan banyak resto dan coffee shop yang berkualitas. Hanya sekitar 300 meter ke stasiun MRT Bendemeer. Lebih dari cukup untuk teman-teman yang lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu di luar dibandingkan di kamar.

Strategic location, walking distance from Bendemeer MRT. The room is quite spacious, the private bathroom is clean, and the amenities were great (hairdryer, etc.). A smart TV is definitely needed when we travel with kids. The staff was really helpful, with fast response when we asked to drop luggage before check-in time. The price is reasonable when we book in peak season. Will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

The hotel service was good and relatively friendly. The receptionist and cleaning staff were always friendly. I got room 204, which was clean and comfortable, although small and not soundproof. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to two MRT stations and a bus stop. Mustafa Center is only a 12-minute walk, and Aperia Mall is only a 6-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel!

I got a bit anxious from reading online reviews in multiple platforms, but experienced only good things from my stay! The front desk staff and manager were friendly and helpful! They responded to our needs professionally, I left my baggage to explore the city on my last day and they kept it securely along with other guests' baggages. Minutes before the check-out time, they remind us to ensure that we check-out in time. Room is also soundproof from noises outside of the building, but activities in the corridor can sometimes be heard (knocking other room's door, people chatting with relatively loud voice, or vacuum cleaner sounds). The room size is decently comfortable for 2 people with a big space for big luggage (I was in Room 101). Cleanliness definitely wasn't a problem for me as someone who's really sensitive about hygiene, my room was really clean and cozy. However, some facilities require more attentive maintenance, such as uneven bathroom floor surface, loose shower tap, and damp wallpapers. But overall, I'm satisfied with my stay!

It seems we're expected to much of the standard of 'Singaporean friendliness' Unfortunately, that same standard clearly didn’t apply to cleanliness. Several areas, particularly the restaurant bench, elevator, some spot in the bedroom were noticeably dirty — with visible stains, dust, and grime, the lack of basic cleanliness was disappointing

A hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff, an elevator, luggage storage after check-out. Fast check-in and check-out. 2 bottles of mineral water provided daily. Near the bus stop, about 2 minutes away, near Bendeneer station, about 5-7 minutes away. In front of the hotel there is a halal restaurant that is open 24 hours. The price is quite cheap with a good location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near the dining area, near the bus stop with a few steps, quite close to Lavender mrt station. But note that when booking a room on the app, I chose a room with a window, but when I checked in, it was a room without a window. The receptionist said the reason was that there were only 2 deluxe rooms with windows. So whoever arrived first got the room first, and those who were late got the room without a window. It was quite disappointing, because it was dark and I couldn't change the room because it was full. So it was acceptable because the room was quite clean. So you guys should pay attention when booking this hotel. The hotel is quite old, so you guys should pay attention.

This was my second stay at Arcadia Hotel Singapore, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The rooms are clean and comfy, the location is super convenient, and the highlight is definitely the reception team, so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! They truly make you feel at home. Can't wait to come back again!
