The hotel is very clean and comfortable, all the staffs was helpful and polite also. The hotel is near Tanjong pagar station about 2 mins walk and has 7-11 near the hotel too.

The location is only 2 minutes from Tanjong Pagar Exit A. MRT Fast check in and check out. Clean and spacious room for Singapore size. Near the hotel there are many food choices. there are 7eleven across the hotel. can entrust suitcases too. To the Chinatown area about 8 minutes (maxwell food center, try tian tian chicken rice). Overall if there is a promo this is truly a best value. Next will stay here again.

Everything is beyond expectation, double thumbs up! Strategic location (2 min walk from Tj Pagar MRT); Modern, comfort, and nice room setup; Friendly and prompt customer service; Surrounded by local, Japanese, Korean restaurants, and 10 min walk to Chinatown.

Lovely hotel, in a great location Tanjong Pagar.
The rooms are modern and well appointed with a coffee machine in each room.
The bed was super comfy and bathroom facilities excellent. Staff were very helpful and quick with responses to questions.
The hotel is very close to the Tanjong Pagar MRT station so very convenient to business and sightseeing in the city.
The pool was very well maintained and clean and a few sunbeds that can get busy.
We didn't eat at the but did have a drink in the Cooling Tower bar, drinks are great but the view is just ok.
But for the cost this hotel is great value

At the end of our holiday, we had a stopover of three days in Singapore at this hotel. It is convenient to all transport options in particular train to airport. We were able to experience some Singapore‘s offer of attraction easily using public transport. The room very adequate and spacious. The pool area lovely. We didn’t have time to use the rooftop bar as it closed early each night which was a shame. The staff very accommodating and the breakfast lovely. We would recommend this hotel for short stay. My only request would be that the fridge be bigger and not accommodate so much mini bar as this does not allow to cool drinks overnight.

Although I am an elite member at a global hotel chain, I always stay at Carlton City when I am in Singapore. It's clean, well maintained, and the staff is fantastic. It's the same great group of people every time I am in town.
It's right next to the Tanjon Pagar MRT station and across the street from a grocery and laundry. It's a 7 min walk to the Maxwell and China Town Hawker centers and the free parking is great if you have local guests.
I don't usually do breakfast in the hotel as I prefer local, hawker center breakfast, but the restaurant and pool are also very nice.
The rooms are well equipped and I've never needed for anything. Overall, I think it's the best, easiest place to stay in town.
