View and breakfast was good but overall hotel needs a refurbishment. Signs of age all over from lifts to the room itself. Sound proofing was surprisingly poor for a 5 star property. Good price with promo codes but otherwise, you'll get more value for money at other neighbouring properties.

I have a pleasant stay in fairmont singapore. My room is deluxe harbour view, and so we can see garden by the bay, city view, marina bay sands from our bed. Very beautiful and fantastic, and all the staffs are helpful too! Thank you fairmont

What a surprise! Such an excellent spacious hotel room, located near Orchard, but I love the fact that it is connected to Raffles Mall - very convenient! They have an awesome view, great bathroom with a complete set of quality amenities. Perfect spa experience as well.

Beautiful well done and perfect venue for our trip to this beautiful city. Room was amazing as well as the staff who maintained it. Really good job and water by bed every night and slippers nice touch. Only flaw if I found reception cold and staff not warm ...but everywhere else awesome. Venus worth it

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was very spacious. The only criticism is that the barista coffee at Prego was not nice. The milk wasn't frothed properly, and the coffee was either very watery or tasted like warm milk.

The Hotel is situated in good proximity to travel to neighbourhoods in the north and south of Singapore. The hotel is perfect for families with all the amenities including, shops, restaurants, a supermarket and 2 swimming pools within walking distance.

The hotel is very convenient for the city and moving around, as I knew when I booked. Facilities and staff are excellent. Foyer felt quite chaotic and busy at times. I was disappointed that neither of the room requests (interconnecting and one of the two a twin) was honoured and I wasn’t told about this until hours before arrival. Pool was very busy when we visited and not very appealing, but it was a weekend. This is not a hotel to book if you want a chilled out stay sitting around a pool but for convenience and access to the city it works very well.

What an excellent hotel. From the doormen that greet you as you enter to the reception and all the other staff, the treatment was wonderfull. The room was big and amazing with a wonderfull view. The bathroom was also large with everything you could possibly need. We had a club lounge room and the service there was superb. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We especially liked the food and drink there, it was so good. We will certainly return to the Fairmont should we go back to Singapore.

What a lovely gem of a hotel in Singapore. My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel especially the club lounge.
Rooms were spacious and featured a cold water and boiling hot water tap which was great. We will definitely be staying here again when next in the city.

Rooms are super hot ac sucks, only can go to 20 degree and never gets there. Drinking water is warm filtered water. No room for own drinks in mini fridge. Duvet is for winter super thick. Live in northern Canada and would never use a big Duvet like the one there.

The Fairmont Singapore is centrally located in marina bay. On our stay there we found that it was very easy to get around as it sits on top of the metro. The facilities also has a shopping mall with all of the designer brands. The staff are amazing and super helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and very modern. The beds are very comfortable and have many different pillow firmnesses on the bed to fit anyone’s needs. The room also has filtered water with a hot and cold option. When I come back to Singapore I will re book the same place as it’s ideal.

This was my family’s first time in Singapore and our stay at Fairmont did not disappoint. Although it’s quite busy in the lobby the staff checked us in quickly and the rooms were very quiet. We loved that the hotel was connected to a large mall - Raffles City mall and you could access city hall MRT through there without having to set foot outside.
The room was spacious, well thought out and comfortable. Would stay here again, thanks.

Felt totally spoilt at the Fairmont. At check in, the reception team attended to all my requests with ease including upgrading my room to a Salon Suite on the 26th floor. The Gold lounge staff made sure a table with a view was reserved for me. Absolutely loved the turndown service with the housekeeping staff adding fresh flowers to my room each day. The views on the 26th floor was stunning with the Merlion and Fullerton Hotel in sight. Thank you Fairmont for your hospitality.
