Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

This property is two leagues below other Four Seasons. Tokyo Otemachi and Singapore Four Seasons? Not even comparable. The Singapore property feels like a 40 year old property with some makeup applied that can’t hide the old fashioned-ness. The service is excellent and at Four Seasons level. But the property is a damage to the brand. Be careful, Four Seasons management - this is not good.

Everybody was fantastic at the four seasons. It’s a little aged, but the staff was amazing. Unfortunately the drinks in the bar were so expensive. It was difficult to enjoy the restaurant and bar area.

Great place to enjoy Singapore

it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Breakfast was truly exceptional, with a variety and quality that exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s facilities are world-class. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna, which were both immaculate and relaxing. I also treated myself to a skin facial at the spa, and it was one of the most luxurious, rejuvenating treatments I’ve ever experienced. Everything about this hotel radiates excellence, from the attention to detail to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I can’t recommend the Four Seasons Singapore highly enough — a true five-star experience in every sense!

Unfortunately the staff give an impersonal approach to the guests. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and no acknowledgement as a returning guest. Disappointing for a five star hotel

At check-in, we were graciously upgraded to a larger room, which set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. A special thank you to Laurine at the front desk—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel immediately welcome. The room itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with an upscale feel. The corner view was absolutely fantastic, offering both privacy and sweeping views of the city. I particularly appreciated the large in-room shower and toilet, as well as the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Housekeeping was impeccable, with twice-daily service that kept the room in pristine condition without ever feeling intrusive. The highlight of my stay? The breakfast. Without exaggeration, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had—a beautifully curated selection of high-quality dishes, with something for every palate. From the freshness of the ingredients to the elegance of presentation, it was on par with fine dining. Every interaction with the staff reflected the Four Seasons standard—discreet, attentive, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for true five-star luxury, attention to detail, and world-class service, look no further than Four Seasons Singapore. We can’t wait to return.

We really appreciated our stay at the Four Seasons Singapore. The staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and special for us. The housekeeping staff was excellent, efficient, and very thorough. We really appreciated the restaurant and the lobby one nighty where we had a great breakfast every morning. The breakfast had an extremely diverse selection of items with an American station, a European station, a Japanese Singapore, Chinese and Indian stations as well. We will be back soon. Thank you!
