Really recommended. Good access to MRT (to airport line, Universal Studio, Marina Bay), food, spacious room, free water refill... Really worth the price, especially when you stay with little kids.

Very great and helpful staff. My son got lots of kind gifts from the staff. The location is also very near to Chinatown Mall and People's Park, so there are lots of options for food and drinks. We also got upgraded, which is also very nice. Very recommended place.

The hotel location is good, nearby MRT. There are a lot of foods around the area as well. I got a room upgrade for free and the room was very spacious. The breakfast also had varieties. We all had a good stay. Definitely will be our first choice if we were to spend the night again in Singapore.

Staffs are really nice. The room is really really nice for a stunning view of Singapore. Breakfast is delicious. The dinner buffet is fresh and delicious too. Good location, can access many places easily. Even though they clean the room every 3 nights, the room is still so clean. The bed and pillows are so soft, I slept well every night. After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the MRT and convenient access to food. However, if you book a room, you may need to specify a non-smoking area. Otherwise, you may be assigned a smoking floor, which may smell of cigarette smoke along the hallways and in the room.
