Really love my stay with Goodwood Park Hotel each and every time. This is my fourth stay and the hotel is nothing short of spectacular with top-notch, friendly, prompt service and roomy, comfortable rooms. So happy that the rate from the app this time included breakfast. Such a joy with so many dishes to choose from, ranging from Asian, Local flavours including Nasi Lemak and Meesiam, as well as the usual breakfast favourites like Waffles, Pastries etc. I really highly recommend this hotel, please keep up the awesomeness.

Great services and hospitality! Stayed for borthday, was upgraded to Parklane Studio whcih even has balcony and kitchen and also received a cake with candle! Would certainly recommend!

I recommend staycation! Royal premium service by heritage historical building. My room is upgraded. The Taiwanese porridge at coffee lounge is great. It is their signature since. 1950. You will explore the great British colonials history with Balinese pool here

Dates decoration in the lead in room category (mayfair deluxe) - it has an East Coast chalet feel (sorry but it's true). But it was very comfortable and overall a very enjoyable stay at a very decent price point for a centrally located hotel with full facilities. Tips: would recommend topping up for the newly refurbished Premier room which is only sgd100 more per night. What I liked:- complimentary parking.- two swimming pools.- staff are engaged in their jobs and take the initiative to assist guests (superb training! No blur and lost faces here)- room service 24h! (big portions and flexible with special requests). Room for improvement:- better signage: confusing as there are multiple wings and should also show signs to the back door access to the main pool (without going through the lobby). One of the housekeeping staff showed me the way.- soundproofing: could hear next door neighbors talking clearly and also all the housekeeping noises from corridor and next door.- work desk lighting very dim, needs an additional desk lamp for work.

The property is great. Just seems that some of the guests are less than ideal. Noise seems to travel and people are not so considerate any more. Playing music, kids in the “quite” pool making a racket at 7.30am. Noise would be the only concern.

The pool area is fabulous and in a country of high rise buildings this 2 storey colonial hotel is highly unusual

What a beautiful old hotel. All staff made us so welcome, they all said hello no matter where you met them. They gave every assistance when asked. The location is so good the next building has so many places to eat local food. A gentle 10 minute walk mostly undercover and you are ar Orchard road. Can highly recommend

Always a great stay at this iconic hotel. Many who work there have been there for a long time & they all make you feel so welcome. Kudos to Wynn Tan who served us 2 hours after cake shop was shut . Saw that we were yearning for durian puffs so she jumped slipped round to the counter & even took drinks orders for us. That was sp special & she was thrilled to be serving us.

Lovely hotel that is very centrally located yet peaceful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room, which we appreciated.
However, during our stay one of their staff disposed of my shoebox (and receipt), which was placed on a chair. I had tried the shoes on and was debating whether to exchange them for a different size but this meant I was unable to do so.
When I spoke to their management about it they claimed I had 'left it close to the bin' which was absolutely untrue. I'm glad my newly purchased shoes weren't in the box at that time or I would have lost them too. I found it rather unprofessional behaviour and the whole incident meant our stay ended on a bit of a sour note, especially as no one apologised to us at all.
Despite that, it is still a very beautiful hotel and very conveniently located.

The property is great. Just seems that some of the guests are less than ideal. Noise seems to travel and people are not so considerate any more. Playing music, kids in the “quite” pool making a racket at 7.30am. Noise would be the only concern.

The hotel is mid refurbishment but there’s no mess and you are not disturbed by any noise or dirt !
The pool area is fabulous and in a country of high rise buildings this 2 storey colonial hotel is highly unusual
Staff snd service excellent and nothing too much trouble
Make sure you book a refurbished room

What a beautiful old hotel. All staff made us so welcome, they all said hello no matter where you met them. They gave every assistance when asked. The location is so good the next building has so many places to eat local food. A gentle 10 minute walk mostly undercover and you are ar Orchard road. Can highly recommend

Always a great stay at this iconic hotel. Many who work there have been there for a long time & they all make you feel so welcome. Kudos to Wynn Tan who served us 2 hours after cake shop was shut . Saw that we were yearning for durian puffs so she jumped slipped round to the counter & even took drinks orders for us. That was sp special & she was thrilled to be serving us.

Fabulous hotel with very comfortable, well- equipped rooms. Staff very polite and helpful. Restaurants excellent. 2 beautiful swimming pools. Very convenient location an easy walk from Orchard MRT, and also a handy bus stop nearby.

Lovely hotel that is very centrally located yet peaceful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room, which we appreciated.
However, during our stay one of their staff disposed of my shoebox (and receipt), which was placed on a chair. I had tried the shoes on and was debating whether to exchange them for a different size but this meant I was unable to do so.
When I spoke to their management about it they claimed I had 'left it close to the bin' which was absolutely untrue. I'm glad my newly purchased shoes weren't in the box at that time or I would have lost them too.
