Though not the most modern, it's definitely the coziest & feels most welcomed like home!

Thank you for the front office staff who has kindly assisted to upgrade it to Executive room for early check in and late check out! However, the stay this time as not as comfortable as compared to the previous one. The pillows were too soft causing my neck rest uneasy and has difficulty in sleeping. The TV set sound is too soft even at maximum volume level and the water of shower head is not strong enough. Hope these area could be improved for a enhanced stay experience the next time. Thank you for your attention and assistance!

Good size rooms. Stayed 1 night

The hotel looks dated both from the outside and the rooms yet the rates per night is more expensive than the more luxurious stay across the road at Grand Copthrone. Gym facility is small and slightly dated and again not as good at Grand Copthrone.

This was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I really enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options offered each morning. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Property is dated and service is poor for the tupe oh hotel

Staffs were nice & supportive, but Facilities better be upgrated incl bath tub.

The hotel itself was clean, convenient, but aged. Our room felt and smelt damp with the humidity.

I had stayed at the Atrium previously and have skways greatly enjoyed my stay.

Very good hotel. Breakfast having indian varity everyday. I stayed here for the 3rd time.

Restaurant had great food, close to bus lines and shopping center was walkable from the hotel. Very clean and safe.

Segar at the reception desk did not treat us good.

Hotel was nice but could use some updates. Staff was nice and helpful. Buffett was not worth the cost.

The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The new metro station underneath is also a great perk. However, this hotel is very much in need of a refurbishment. The gym is old and tired, with equipment out of service or items missing. The rooms are jaded and quite damp. The breakfast set up is poor, with the self service area feeling chaotic even at the ‘quieter’ times, due to its squashed layout. The Holiday Inn Express nearby in Robertson Quay much fresher feeling.

We expected so much more when we booked this hotel for our 5 day trip to Singapore. The hotel is an old hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. Housekeepers were very attentive and kind. Our multiple requests to have our room bookings close to each other as we were travelling with young children, were initially ignored. Then each front desk staff we spoke with had one excuse or another that they were not informed of our request. A particular front desk staff Anna was extremely rude when communicating with us despite us being calm and explaining that we had made this request multiple times. Breakfast wait staff were very pleasant. Dinner wait staff, not quite. We’ve stayed in IHG hotels before and we are members. Never have we been treated with disdain because we took our children to dinner. IHG hotels pride themselves in being kid-friendly, offering the ‘kids eat for free’ßperk. Nothing kid friendly about this one sadly.
