The staff are very friendly, but sorry to say the room floor when wet looks like it has oil on it and becomes slippery, it would be good to evaluate this so that unwanted things don't happen.

It was great to stay here, the bus shelter was close, around 200 m, and there was a halal food resto around Lavender. The nearest MRT station was about 700 m. The room was clean, and we could request to clean the room if staying more than 1 night.

A bit far from MRT Station, walking 10 minutes to MRT Farrer Park and around 8 minutes to MRT Bendemeer. The service is good, the room is cleaned daily.

There were cockroaches in the room. We had to call several times, waiting for the staff to come to the room for quite a long time, but the cockroaches had already escaped who knows where. When the staff came, they asked where the cockroaches were, and of course we didn't know. The execution took too long, and the cockroaches were able to move. The hotel's solution: spray Baygon in the room. The room had no windows. That night we had to sleep while inhaling the smell of Baygon. It was truly a bad experience. The hotel allowed us to leave our suitcases, but we were given bag tags from the hotel, which we had to exchange if we wanted to retrieve our belongings.

The room was OK. Location is great because it’s close to Bendemeer MRT Station. The surrounding was okay. There’s a close by 7-11 right on the corner. The room has no window which made it quite humid if the AC is not on.

The location is quite strategic, close to Lavender MRT station, and close to Bus Stop, so easy access to everywhere. The balcony area is quite spacious, so it's nice to have coffee in the morning and doesn't feel stuffy.

Location is very close to a food court. Hotel is only 5 min walk to Bendemeer MRT station. TV in our room does not work. AC is cold. Bathroom is clean. Wi-Fi is great. Staff are nice. They have water keetle. Would prefer a room with a window. Thank you!

After I check in this hotel, Captain told me that our room no windows. If I want window, I need to pay extra Singapore Dollar $10. I feel that I was cheated by app website. As The "main title" of this room in your website didn't written "No Window", but the other room in the same hotel 81 elegance in Singapore, did mentioned "No Window". I over seen the little declaration in the sub page. You are Fired.
