The hotel is good. The reception is nice. They helped us with early check-in and everything we needed that morning. The room is so clean. The bathroom is great. The hotel position is so easy to find and close to some cafes and convenience stores. Also, only 10 minutes by walk to the bus station. 100% will be back there.

There was a commotion on the ground floor, the receptionist or officer did not take a firm stance, so the commotion continued for more than an hour, really disturbing our rest, especially since it was already 12 midnight.

The hotel staff was very quick to resolve the issue, when my key after putting my suitcase into the room and intending to leave the hotel, when I closed the door it slammed a bit hard because it used a door closer. (because the key in this hotel is still manual not using a card). and the door couldn't be opened as if it was locked from the inside. fortunately the maintenance team came not long after and the problem was resolved.

If you are wanting to explore joo chiat then this hotel would be a great option. It’s really close to all the great places, also 1 minute walk to the bus station. Although if using the public transport, getting to anywhere else in sgp is quite far but all fine. The lady at check in was super nice and helpful. The room is quite small, had no window but im not complaining. The only thing that bugged us was how smelly the bathroom was when we first entered (pee smell). It was an easy fix tho, i just asked for a room fragrance spray and it was gone. The next days the smell also was gone, so i think because of how small the bathroom is, previous guests would maybe pee in the shower = peeing on the bathroom floor. ( please dont do that) apart from that, everything was great. The checkout was seamless and you can keep your bags in the hotel first after checkout. Great place, with sgp prices 🤣
