What Guests Say About Their Stay

Good things about my stay includes: a really good deal for premier king with srv, quite clean, convenient location, very friendly and helpful receptionist! Cool and unique hotel design. However some things they shld take note of is the uneven wooden flooring near the toilet, dusty appliances, toilet floor isn't tiled to be fast drying, walls are not soundproof thus can hear people in hallway and construction.

Near the station, mall and 7-11. Staff was friendly. Place was rather clean. Overall, a pretty good experience. The only downside was that the fridge was quite small.

This hotel is relatively very new and centralised easy for you to reach many central locations including sentosa and USS. The staffs there are all very friendly and attentive especially Fish who helped upgrade me to PK room due to my bday staycation. The only drawback is that the room is quite dusty when curtains are drawn and the charging unit is next to bed only so have to move up and down a bit when working on my laptop, but I loved everything else about this hotel. Highly recommended and will revisit next time when Jaccuzi reopens :)

The superior queen room is very cosy, suitable for couples who prefer a small room. There was complimentary breakfast from Killiney however the food wasn’t great, unfortunately. Overall, stay was pleasant! Great location and easily accessible :)

I was a solo traveller staying for a single night in Singapore and would recommend NuVe Elements for a stay. Room is cozy, clean and compact, but above all affordable, so it is perfect for any short stays that don’t sacrifice basic comfort. Ammenities were all clean, and complimentary mini-bar service is always a refreshing treat after a long flight. They were even kind enough to hold my luggage for almost a whole day. Overall, a very happy stay and look forward to my next stop over in Singapore.

Stayed at Hotel NuVe to attend the Dingapore SVNS rugby. Great local transport options including a train 2 minutes away or 10mins by cab/grab to the stadium. Rooms are small but efficient and super clean. Free bar snacks and drinks is a welcome arrival in nice air conditioning after a day in the humidity. Was construction going on and there’s nightclubs downstairs that can make it noisy but otherwise would highly recommend.

The coffee maker was useless. The coffee pods didn't fit in the machine properly and the cup didn't fit in the receptacle. The room didn't have any window. Pillows on the bed were too firm and too high at least for us (we requested a softer pillow, but there was none) and caused issues sleeping well. The location of the hotel is good though. Room was relatively clean.

The hotel was in a location convenient to walking and close to the MRT. I booked the smallest room, and it was very compact. With just myself it was fine, but with two people it would have been extremely cramped. The floor was unfinished in one spot and looked more like a basement floor. The shower and the toilet share the same stall, which I didn’t love. However, it was a good price, it was clean, and the AC worked. Staff was great and gave me a Halloween goody bag upon check out.

Good place for short stays with minimal luggage. Vinyl plank floor boards seep water throughout the room so don’t leave anything absorbable on the floor. Make sure you are comfortable with no privacy if you are staying with others in the room. We had to ask the staff to dust as there was a thick layer on the ledge under the AC unit and on higher points in the room. Good snacks and drinks in the fridge.

Travelled from Canada so not really familiar with hotel rooms in Asia. First impression as we entered the building from the street was good. Looked like a boutique hotel. Up to 5th floor to reception. Very small reception area. But nothing compared to the size of the room! Like a postage stamp. Maybe 2.5 m x 3 meters with a king bed. Luckily there was space at the foot of the bed to place suitcases. We were travelling 2 weeks in Asia so each had one piece of luggage plus one carryon. Had very limited space to hang clothing, 4 hangers and no space for more. No drawer space. Power receptacles were located clear across the king size bed so that meant climbing right the bed to access. One chair, not built for comfort at all. Countertop was about 1 meter long with sink, tea kettle and supplies plus telephone taking up rest of space. The toilet/shower was adequate. Would be better if sink was in that area, would free up precious counter space. We found the combination of high temp and excessive humidity very difficult to tolerate as we are not accustomed to it. The hotel had an outdoor sitting area by office. Patio furniture with no cushions and no shade. Plus very messy with plants that they sell. Jacuzzi on upper floor, a real mess. So no place to have down time to cool off. With a bit of money and some planning, the hotel could be a boutique hotel. But as it is, I would rate it less than 3 star. $270 per night, what a disappointment. Holiday Inn offers way more for same $
