The hotel is near MRT, boat river and near to shopping mall and so many restaurants. The room is very clean, so cozy, and the front desk is very helpful and kind and various food for breakfast. I always stay here when I visit Singapore.

Late check-out 1 hour free of charge, central location, right at the train station and bus station. Close to everywhere. Room is a bit small and old. Price is a bit high. If you just need a place to sleep, convenient for going out, you should stay at this hotel.

Location is easy to access, just cross the road to MRT clarke quay. Close to merlion park. The room size is suitable for 2 adults 1 child. I complained to change the sheets because they looked dirty, smelled and were not changed.

Bad experience for me. Can't believe this is a 3-star hotel. Room was super small, bed smelled some odor of humidity, the worst thing was the loud noise throughout the day because of some work with a truck right behind the hotel, soundproof of the room can't be worse, I can't even rest. The only good thing is the location, but I believe there are better options with the same price.

The room is small, but my child likes it because of the bunk bed. The location is very strategic in front of the hotel, there is a bus stop directly. Opposite the mall hotel and direct MRT. Clarke quay center opposite the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a sevel.

Easy access to Clarke Quay MRT station, very near with Songfa Ba Kut Teh, comfortable for my mom and auntie (old ladies) since got elevator, available for early check in without extra charges, then even though it's bunk bed but got private bathroom inside.

Check-in has to wait a long time, even though we ordered from the h-1 application. But in the hotel data there is no our name. Until I checked back and forth, the manager's phone was just there. And we have to wait a long time. But the receptionist is quite friendly and tries to help. Breakfast, in my opinion, is lacking, fried rice has no taste. Other people's used tables were also not cleaned up so we sat with other people's dirty dishes left over. The plus point is just because it's near the MRT.

Excellent for easy traveling which is opposite The MRT and Central. So easy to shopping/transit and hop to drink at Clarke quay. But the room a bit old and shower gel smell as expire but fill it up all the time. The TV remote very dirty, TV is broke but can watch. Breakfast is acceptable.
