Location and service is good. The room was spacious.
Didn’t put on the “clean the room” sign but the cleaner just cleaned it when they saw us went out. The TV’s remote was lagging. Very limited equipment in the gym.

Rest assured, our attendants are trained not to enter when the sign is present. We will also check on the TV remote to ensure it works properly.
We value your comments about the gym. While space is limited, we have recently upgraded some of the fitness facilities and truly appreciate your suggestion for additional leg-focused machines. Your input is valuable, and we will keep it in mind as we explore future enhancements.

there are no Variations for the breakfast. Same menu every day. They should at least try different kind of menu to make visitor feels more refresh and do no feel bored to have a breakfast there

In addition to the hotel staff who were very friendly during check in, the service was also very fast. Although check in should have started at 14.00, we were able to enter the room earlier. So it was not stiff.

Just came back from Pullman, everything are OK from the location is excellent, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The foods taste OK but less varieties especially for local foods. The room is clean, but the pillow bit smelly and not soundproof. We can hear the people frm the other room closing the door and kids shouting at the hallway.

there are no Variations for the breakfast. Same menu every day. They should at least try different kind of menu to make visitor feels more refresh and do no feel bored to have a breakfast there

In addition to the hotel staff who were very friendly during check in, the service was also very fast. Although check in should have started at 14.00, we were able to enter the room earlier. So it was not stiff.

Just came back from Pullman, everything are OK from the location is excellent, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. The foods taste OK but less varieties especially for local foods. The room is clean, but the pillow bit smelly and not soundproof. We can hear the people frm the other room closing the door and kids shouting at the hallway.
