The soundproofing can be better. Pipes are loud too. Appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks and the hot tub. Great and quietly tucked in a corner of the street. Walkable to nearby shopping mall. Great service

This is my first time staying at Quincy hotel by Far East Hospitality, and I am amazed by the friendliness of the staff. The front office staff, Lina and her colleague, were exceptional, as was another staff member who was kind enough to deliver ice cream to my husband because he arrived late. The staff here are the best; I have never encountered such friendly service at other 4 or 5-star hotels. The room is clean and quite spacious for the price, the food is good, and another excellent experience is that breakfast is open until 3 PM. What.? I am so happy,.! They totally understand that some people don't want to rush down for breakfast; Some people really want to rest well and wake up in the afternoon without missing the food. I will definitely stay here again… 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide free water, coffee and tea at the dining area. There was a welcome ice cream too. It was walking distance to FarEastPlaza, around 6min walk.
