Really loved the stay and service! Had some issues with the room and Nicole offered to upgrade our room to the next category (Marina Bay view room to Collyer suite) and even asked if we wanted to take a look first since the view would be compromised. The suite was so much better than having a room with a view, thanks so much for the hospitality. They even brought the key card up to us and offered to help us move. The free wine given was also so splendid, the moving was all but a minor inconvenience and we so loved and enjoyed the suite room. We were also allowed an even later check out of 6pm -> 8pm. This is my third time in Fullerton and would definitely come here again! Dining here was awesome and we enjoyed the food thoroughly too. Facilities also is always top-notch. Loved the pool and gym facilities and use of sauna.

Booked a 3D2N staycation (14 Nov to 16 Nov). The room was comfy, clean, and tidy. We did not book the room with breakfast. Service was excellent, from the front desk when we check-in, dining, and to check out. All are very efficient and have no hassle. Maybe because we went during off-peak. We have one lunch meal and one dinner meal in the hotel restaurant (Town restaurant and The Courtyard). The staff are very attentive to customers' needs and even try their best to meet our cravings for certain drinks. Of course, no obligation from them as it's off their menu, and will not provide negative feedback if our request cannot be done. We had a delightful and enjoyable stay. Will definitely go back.

I had a wonderful sleep at Fullerton! Bed is comfy and room is modern with splendid service. The hotel staffs are friendly and attention. Definitely will be back for another stay! One of my favourite hotel in Singapore.

The most impressive thing besides the luxurious facilities of a 5-star hotel.. is the lobby staff who are very friendly welcoming us with Assalaamu'alaykum and chatting with us in Indonesian. If I'm not mistaken, he is from Sarawak & Kalimantan and has been in Fullerton for 13 years, masya Allah tabaarokallaah.. he even likes to joke with our child to live there hehe good luck to his father (the one in concierge, I forgot his name)

Good. Clean. Nice view and recently renovated. Luxurious food. There is fresh seafood sashimi and others. You can go to the Fullerton Bay pool too. Very satisfied. Children get free ice cream.

Untuk roomnya oke, luas, bagus. Lokasi strategis, dekat merlion park, clarke quay yang cuma jalan kaki. Dekat ke chinatown juga. Transportasi disekitar juga bisa diakses oleh Bus, MRT dan Taxi. Yg kurang bagus hanya staff front line aja agak jutek.

Want to say thank you for those two beautiful ladies in front office, Mira and Nilan. They made our stay so beautifully by made our room next to on the same floor, and upgrading our two rooms with beautiful view from our window. This hotel which is build since 1928, classic but well maintenance. From the entry until inside our spacious room and bathroom. The food was amazing with various menu and especially separate from pork area. Singapore Laksa is our favourite one. Hope to stay here again soon

Magnificent hotel! Hotel ambience is very nice with historical values. Minutes away from MBS and just a few steps from merlion park. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a must go back hotel in Singapore.

The second time to this hotel, first in 2019. Because I really like this hotel, in 2023 I finally chose the same hotel. Can't move to another heart. Nice hotel, classic, historic building, spacious room, very strategic location in the Marina Bay area so for a morning walk the atmosphere is very beautiful. The officers are very friendly and welcome. To this hotel 4 days with 3 different booking codes but can be helped to get the same room so there is no need to move rooms, the upgrade price is also reasonable. Staying three of us with adult children and there is an extra bed free. The views inside the hotel and outside are fantastic and great for taking pictures. Maybe because I stayed 4 nights so on the third day I was given extra drinking water (why not from the start, hehehe). The breakfast can be cool outdoors on the riverbank around the hotel. Only breakfast this time has fewer types and the menu every day is still the same compared to 2019 so staying 4 days with the same breakfast menu is boring too. Even though in 2019 the menu is very varied. The ballpoint pen souvenirs for 2019 are cool and good. I have kept them until now, but now the ballpoint pens are made of paper, they are environmentally friendly, but for souvenirs, they hit more like old ballpoint pens. Price? It's a bit expensive but it's worth it with the hotel, but if it's cheaper maybe more people will want to go to this hotel. Overall, lovely hotel.

Good. Clean. Nice view and recently renovated. Luxurious food. There is fresh seafood sashimi and others. You can go to the Fullerton Bay pool too. Very satisfied. Children get free ice cream.

Untuk roomnya oke, luas, bagus. Lokasi strategis, dekat merlion park, clarke quay yang cuma jalan kaki. Dekat ke chinatown juga. Transportasi disekitar juga bisa diakses oleh Bus, MRT dan Taxi. Yg kurang bagus hanya staff front line aja agak jutek.

Want to say thank you for those two beautiful ladies in front office, Mira and Nilan. They made our stay so beautifully by made our room next to on the same floor, and upgrading our two rooms with beautiful view from our window. This hotel which is build since 1928, classic but well maintenance. From the entry until inside our spacious room and bathroom. The food was amazing with various menu and especially separate from pork area. Singapore Laksa is our favourite one. Hope to stay here again soon

Magnificent hotel! Hotel ambience is very nice with historical values. Minutes away from MBS and just a few steps from merlion park. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a must go back hotel in Singapore.

The second time to this hotel, first in 2019. Because I really like this hotel, in 2023 I finally chose the same hotel. Can't move to another heart. Nice hotel, classic, historic building, spacious room, very strategic location in the Marina Bay area so for a morning walk the atmosphere is very beautiful. The officers are very friendly and welcome. To this hotel 4 days with 3 different booking codes but can be helped to get the same room so there is no need to move rooms, the upgrade price is also reasonable. Staying three of us with adult children and there is an extra bed free. The views inside the hotel and outside are fantastic and great for taking pictures. Maybe because I stayed 4 nights so on the third day I was given extra drinking water (why not from the start, hehehe). The breakfast can be cool outdoors on the riverbank around the hotel. Only breakfast this time has fewer types and the menu every day is still the same compared to 2019 so staying 4 days with the same breakfast menu is boring too. Even though in 2019 the menu is very varied. The ballpoint pen souvenirs for 2019 are cool and good. I have kept them until now, but now the ballpoint pens are made of paper, they are environmentally friendly, but for souvenirs, they hit more like old ballpoint pens. Price? It's a bit expensive but it's worth it with the hotel, but if it's cheaper maybe more people will want to go to this hotel. Overall, lovely hotel.
