Really loved the stay and service! Had some issues with the room and Nicole offered to upgrade our room to the next category (Marina Bay view room to Collyer suite) and even asked if we wanted to take a look first since the view would be compromised. The suite was so much better than having a room with a view, thanks so much for the hospitality. They even brought the key card up to us and offered to help us move. The free wine given was also so splendid, the moving was all but a minor inconvenience and we so loved and enjoyed the suite room. We were also allowed an even later check out of 6pm -> 8pm. This is my third time in Fullerton and would definitely come here again! Dining here was awesome and we enjoyed the food thoroughly too. Facilities also is always top-notch. Loved the pool and gym facilities and use of sauna.

Wonderful stay at Fullerton. Love the room. The front desk was nice to grant us an early check in as the Occupancy rate is not High. Service was top notch. Fullerton experience tour by Bill was very interesting and educational. Good for my girl. Love the food, decoration and service. Wish to have stayed even more nights. Will be back.

A very pleasant 2 nights stay at the Fullerton Hotel. Check in was fast and hassle free. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The bed is just so comfortable that we googled to find the brand. Close to Raffles place MRT and many restaurants around. Will definitely be back for another staycation!

Hotel is very pretty but the entire stay was decent. Hotel room was on second floor, booked a one night stay for my mothers birthday. Wished the cake would be in hotel room when we checked-in, instead of it being delivered after an hour. Check-in process was smooth but I thought the service could be better. One of the room key wasn't working as well, couldn't go up to the roof garden or the light house area. The room was nice and comfy, wished they provided more drinking water than 2. The toilet was interesting, it had seat warming functions and a bidet on the toilet itself. Breakfast was nice but wished there were bigger spread.
