Perfect getaway for my family! Even got balloons and a cake for my dad's birthday. Loved the pool and the gym, and the hotel breakfast was nice too :)

stay was average. will suggest going another hotel for staycation next time as the view of the hotel is not good, book a wonderful room category but the view from room are the rooftop with pebbles. had to call to ask to change another room, operator suggest taking a look at another room which seems a little better. just wondering why didn’t they offer me the room at the start when the rooms are available. so in short, i guess the building of w hotel is not really fantastic hence not recommending people to book it for staycation or holiday.

It was ok. Room was like a premier inn with no view. Breakfast is like a circus just packed. Never got coffee that I ordered. Pool was nice but lots of screaming kids.

Excellent and attentive service by the staff from check in to check out. The staff even offered each of us a bottle of water when we returned from our morning exercise. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I have indicated to pay for room deco and arrival timing. Email sent to hotel and was acknowledged. Upon arrival i have to wait for more than 30min to get my room ready. Lighting flickering in room throughout the night. Front desk service attitude was poor

It’s only upon checking out that we found out actually able to drive into Sentosa for free. Would be nice if W can reach out to guest upon booking to find out the mode of getting to W. We have been driving in and out Sentosa during the stay and incur some unnecessary expenses
In addition, we notice the bathroom door is unable to close fully thus floor was wet after shower.
