No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

Lovely room about a 25min walk from the UFO bridge. I had a pleasant stay here and it had everything I needed.

Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Convenient location with parking. €5 taxi into the old town or shopping centre so easy to explore Bratislava.

Was ok

Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room.

Brekfast served only 7:30-8:30 AM, no bar for coffee or drinks although it says there is. Dirty blanket, leaking siphon under the sink, dirty windows. Make sure you took bed AND Breakfast although it is advertised as B&B. Cannot pay for extra breakfast if you are not on the breakfast list.

RIP OFF - AVOID !!!!!!!! Booked the hotel for a two night stay three months in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told they didn't have my booking. I showed them my Expedia confirmation email and then they said even though I had paid for two nights it was only enough to cover one nights' stay as the Manager didn't like Expedia's commission rates for online bookings. A total con. Ripping off people. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and extremely rude and abrupt. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. The area in which the hotel is situated is otherwise residential and not nice at all. No shops, restaurants or amenities nearby and I was told that there was no breakfast service available for the morning. It's also far out of the city centre, a 40min walk or a bus journey. No kettle or fridge in room so it was tap water or nothing which I had to keep drinking as the room was far too warm and could not be changed. Neither could I open a window as I was on the ground floor with a street directly outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the above issues meant I had a very poor nights sleep. I was glad that I only ended up staying for only one night instead of two, getting a far nicer and cheaper room in old town for a great second nights' stay. Avoid this hotel, terrible !!@

Clean rooms, friendly staff and big rooms

Found a dirty towel including spiders in the wardrobe which put me off…would very much have appreciated a kettle/coffee in the room.

Close to rail station and bus routes, staff helpful and fluent in English. Good value.

The most awful stay. I have booked for 2 nights. When came in the second booked night, my key was not working in the elevator. Walked the stairs. But when I entered the room, all my clothes disappeared!!! I went to the reception and they told me that this was a mistake, and showed my clothes that they took out from the room and placed somewhere!!! I asked how this could happen that I have reservation for 2 nights, but after the 1st - somebody collects my clothes and throws away from the room? “I don’t know”, was the answer. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The most awful stay, ever.

My family and I checked in Hotel Victor late on Saturday night tired after long drive. The deluxe suite that we paid for was big but dirty: stained sheets, spider's web on the ceiling, etc. We asked for another room. It looked a bit better and I started taking a shower before dinner and saw a used men's contraceptive device on the shelf. Also we found somebody's socks on the heater. The air-conditioner did not work either. We told reception about our problem and were told that the owner will contact us. We waited but nobody contacted us. So my family and I had to move out and urgently find another hotel late on Saturday night. Today I wrote to the hotel management asking for refund since we did not stay in that hotel. The manager was rude and refused refund. The is outrageous! I have never experienced that kind of service in whole my life. So, stay away from that hotel if you do not want to have the same kind of trouble for your money that I had.

There is literally no internet connection in the evening, breakfasts were just bad. One of cereals dispensers didn’t work, there were almost no vegetarian options(even yoghurts were bad quality and had gelatine). If you need only bed, then it’s ok. If you need something else too, look for something different.

Room was very clean and staffs were friendly. We booked for single room but ended up getting a nice family room. TV channels doesn't work at all.
