Hotel is excellent! Clean, good maintenance, spacious rooms… nice breakfast. Free parking option. Swimming pool maintenance was during my stay, but managed to use it on departure day - so clean and nice.

We stayed with 2 babies in a Business Suite with 1 bedroom. The room was very nice and clean. The heating was working ok, but it had an annoying noise in the bedroom - like something bumping from the pipes. The breakfast was okaish for the price paid, still would love to see more selection of fruits, jogurth and vegetables for 4 stars hotels.
I was very disappointed by the Hotel management as we had due leave after 2 days as one of the babies got sick. We paid in advance for 4 days stay, so I asked for a voucher or some compensation for our next stay. They refused at the reception charged for cribs, city tax. I sent them 2 emails - no response. Disappointed. 3 stars max.

Hotel complex is nice, with half of the rooms freshly renovated and other half not. Rooms are priced the same, so you can get unlucky and stay in the old part. I stayed in a very busy period so it was sold out. If at full capacity there is waiting line to get a table for breakfast. When it's not completely full, it's a great hotel for a good value with great amenities.

A business hotel on the outskirts of Ljubljana, with good quality facilities but a little bit showing wear and some age. It was easily reached from the airport - but only by Taxi (€40-55). It is possible to get to the city centre, recommended by bike. Walking is about 1.5 hours and part of it along busy roads.
The breakfast is very good, and the local restaurant (there isn't anything else nearby) is decent but a bit expensive for the quality of the food. The staff is fantastic and the pool and sauna are very good.

Everything was fine, but I don’t recommend the vegetarian option at the Robin Restaurant which was flavourless and not well cooked. Many more tasty options can be found in Ljubljana.
There is a shuttle bus to go into town provided by the hotel but only leaves three times a day and costs 4Euros each. We used the TaxiMetro app - taxis were around 8-10 Euros and were very convenient.

Very nice hotel. Quite a long walk to the centre and limited dining options in the area, although Trattoria Azur (30 minutes away) was very good. Very convenient for the main road if driving.

Nous avions reservé une suite familiale (numero 186) pour 2 nuits. Tres belle chambre et confortable pour une famile. Nous avons egalement mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel qui était très bon.
Cependant durant la première nuit une très mauvaise odeur d'égoût est sortie de la salle de bain. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour ventiler.
Le problème a ete annoncé à la reception le matin mais à notre retour le soir l'odeur était toujours présente et constatée par un membre de l'hôtel. On me propose une réduction comme l'hotel est plein.
Seconde nuit avec les mauvaises odeurs. Lors du check out on m'annonce une reduction de 10% puis 15% en insistant.... puis on m'explique que la chambre est HS pour les prochains jours.... donc au Sheraton on vous vend 2 nuits une chambre HS à 85% du prix... bel esprit commercant...
