All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. I had an event to go to, had gotten ready and already left and was worried I left my flat iron on but couldn’t go back to check so I quickly messaged the hotel to ask if they could check (with apologies attached) and they responded and took care of it right away and put my mind at ease. They accommodated my weird schedule with cleaning my room as well. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be using them for sure.

It was great ! I loved that there was so many options of food and coffee shops. Shopping was also great being not very far from the area 😊

A great place to stay. Staff are super friendly. The facility is clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast offers a good variety of food with reasonable price. It is also easy to get via airport limousine bus. Highly recommend.

Very dusty bed

Location was very hard to find. I had to walk about a mile with my luggage and ended up riding a taxi to get there.

Nice hotel, very clean and front desk staff knows english and was able to help translate, order taxi and was very friendly.

Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a button if you want your room cleaned or not. You get two complementary water bottles each day. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am and cost $14. Buffet style and everything was tasty and filling. Breakfast spot is lounge area with art pieces. Pretty neat display. There are two bus stations right in front of the hotel. Access to the limousine bus 6703 to the airport for $13. There is a couple of convenient stores a few blocks down along with KFC, Subway and McDonald if you’re craving that. Ate that the first day then ventured out to try the local Korean food. Only two English channels. BBC News and Australian News. Universal/usb outlets. Great for laptop/airpods/gopro charging. All in all great experience/hotel! Good price and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend!

The room was extremely small. We could even hardly open our suit case. They usually offer a big discount. It was their main trick. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. It was a typical sales gimmick. Don’t get hooked by the gimmick.

Everything was extremely clean and the hotel was very nice and at an extremely good price.

Room is small good and ideal for single occupancy and not for double occupancy. Stayed for 8 days in 2 different rooms. The second room I moved into had mosquitoes. Didn’t really get to rest well in the second room due to the mosquitoes.

The hotel was located in a convenient area close to places like Lotte sky tower and coex mall/Starfield library just a short taxi ride away.

Worst hotel ever… Staff is unprofessional & lying too much … And i think all staff is Chinese… they’re not korean. This is really worst hotel ever!!!

All staff is Chinese and they’re lying to customer. They better change staff with professional people!!!

Loved the location! Bus stops right in front and across the street. Great view of the street below from room window. Room was spacious, and the sliding door separating the bed and bathroom area was a great gesture, allowing more privacy and reduce noise and light during night time.
