Staff was friendly at check-in. Not fluent in English, so have your translator app ready. Hotel was close to the airport and easy to get to the highway. Only a $13 Uber (18,400 KRW) ride to Gimhae Int'l airport. Bed sheets were clean and floor and bathroom counter seemed clean. However, it is about a mile from any food options, the hallways and stairs were piled with linen, and the bathroom had a lot of mildew. There was linen on the stairs and hallways - very odd. The towels in the bathroom are all very old, cut-up towels with frayed edges from various hotels. The shower is next to the toilet and sprays water over the outlet to which the toilet controls are plugged into. Room lighting controls were all on or all off, and the room temperature control did not work other than on/off.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I checked out after only one night and was not able to get a refund for the other two nights I had booked. Airtel Busan shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia and I am upset that they let a place that is so dilapidated book on their platform. The bathroom was completely covered in black mold, the room is next to a factory which can be heard through earplugs while you try to sleep. NEVER BOOK HERE

The hotel is so messed up. I never imagine such a hotel could be found in Korea. It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management

Pretty average hotel for this price range. It was quiet and well situated for my needs in the right price range.

The place is spacious but old. Sink is leaking. Trafic is not convinient. Best of all is the price, very competitive.

This is a filthy, decrepit love hotel trying to rebrand itself as an airport hotel. The tissue boxes in the rooms had a suggestive picture on them with a number you can call for "adult services". It's questionable whether this is a "former" love hotel rather than a current one. Room was very dirty, with dust balls hanging from the air conditioner. Worst of all, hardly anything in the room worked. It was a struggle to turn off the lights and go to sleep. After pressing the "all off" button on the panel 20-30 times, finally all the lights went out after pressing it just the right way. We decided then not to take our chances turning any more lights on and promptly went to bed. The bathroom has a TV and Jacuzzi, neither of which worked. The "front desk" is a small glass window in a dark hallway, making the "love hotel" roots of the hotel apparent. The man there spoke hardly any English. Even the most basic communication was a struggle. I gave up trying to understand what he was trying to tell me at check-in. There is no shuttle bus to the airport, and flagging a cab near the hotel took about 10 minutes. On the plus side, it was reasonably near the airport and took only about 10-15 minutes by cab. Next time I am flying out of Busan I will not be staying near the airport. You can get a cleaner place with better service for a similar price in Seomyeon and take the morning trains over pretty quickly instead. Even considering the price, don't stay here if you have any self-respect.

Room looked nothing like the pic. We stayed one night only because we were so tiried from travel but got out of there asap next morning. If your on a budget its a bed to sleep in for cheep but you should know that it doesn't look like the picture.

The mattress had blood spots on it, as if someone had a bloody nose. Kinda gross.

We arrived early from Gimhae Airport. From Gimhae Airport to Airtel, we need to pay the taxi for 8900 won although its just few km away. Went to the reception, but nobody available. We kept on ringing the door bell for almost 40 MINS. Then only an old guy went down to attend us. He's friendly and nice, but unfortunately only can understand a bit English. We need to pay extra 20 000 won for early check in (11.30), although so many vacant rooms available. The room was big with a big bathroom and bathtub. And super fast Wi-Fi too!! We enjoyed our stay in Busan.

Hotel was very clean, and accommodating. Everything was okay except for the local area. It was in the middle of nowhere. It actually was a industrial area. There were a lots of warehouses and factories. I had to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes to find anykind of decent place to eat. Other than that hotel was very clean and even modern looking. Big screen TV and lots of free movies to check out if you know how to work the remote.

Really disappointing. Check out should be at 12 pm, we go out for awhile and come back at 11.30 am but the owner put our luggage at the store room. It's inappropriate for any hotel to do such thing. Other than that, this hotel is quite far from town and other attraction places.

There were many things that didn’t work (lights, bath tub, etc.)

Super nice rooms for a very good price. Room is large, has big beds, and a huge tv. Air conditioner works great. Definitely reccomend.

The guy that ran the hotel was awesome. Very accommodating.

I only stayed for one night but had no problem with the service. The room I stayed in had all the basic facilities. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the noise of banging doors, running up and down the passage and running water. The hotel would be much better in a different location.

The reception was friendly and helpful. However, room cleaning was only done after the 1st night of stay. The worst thing is that my room is on the 2nd floor and the window was left wide open after cleaning, so it was easy to break in through the window and many insects (flies and mosquitos) were in the room at night. I could not sleep well at night. I hope the hotel should pay more attention to this.
