At time of reservation, it was stated that hotel offers free shuttle service to-the-airport. However, it is only offered to terminal 1.
All flights we take to/from the military base, are from terminal 2. That information should be included as-a-note being that many of us were in the understanding that the shuttle had no restrictions.

It’s an airport hotel. No fringes and run down. It served its purpose with no added luxuries. No room safe, beds are uncomfortable, different tv services from room to room. AC was amazing.

Not enough value for the money. The furniture is damaged, rotten or super old. Multiple spots on the walls are damaged and dirty and gross stuff is stuck to them. There has been water leakage and I assume they painted over as the mold is slowly coming out.
Would never return and was quite the shock for a Best Western hotel. We stayed in room 713.

The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable however the air conditioning unit was very noisy and clunky and it took us forever to work out how to turn on and off the lights (the buttons were on the clock radio!)

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. The property is extremely outdated, with worn-out furniture, stained carpets, and a general lack of cleanliness throughout. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For the price charged, I expected far better accommodations. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. It fulfilled perfectly everything I required. Close to the airport for a single night's layover c/w it's own shuttle service which was a godsend after a long day. Staff were helpful and efficient. The room itself was fine, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Bad: 1.couldn’t access WiFi. They said too many people were using it. It’s a problem if you have to work. 2. AC was not working.
Good: Staff, 24 hour self serve laundry machines, 24 hour convenience store on site, many eating options close by. Free airport shuttle. You can use this to access public transportation into Seoul.

Fine for one night. Hotel rooms are shabby, bathroom was dark and in not so good condition. Hotel provides a shuttle only to ICN terminal 1. For terminal 2, have to take a shuttle 2 blocks away.
