Nice Hotel

Stay and staff were good. Needs window screens to prevent insects coming in. Hand soap needed. Wall sockets need replacing. Instructions for remote. Voltage converter loose fit. Room otherwise good.

The hotel was great, a little tricky getting Ubers from there, but we managed pretty well.

I only needed for one night passing though so not much to say, wasn't the best nor the worst I guess.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful during check-in, the room was also very nice and clean, the location was right by a bus stop but it was far from the main parts of the city if you're traveling by public transportation.

Clean for the most part, the walls are thin, bed a little hard, not the best lighting. My room was tucked at the end of the hall and I could hear other guests. The bathroom was slightly dirty for my standard. No microwave or steamer for clothes. Decent enough for just a 1 or 2 night stay, especially if you only plan on staying within the nearby area because the hotel is in an inconvenient spot. 20-30 mins by bus from the nearest stations that can get you Seoul. 45-55mins to the nearest stations that get you to Incheon airport. The subway to each location respectively will take about a little over an hour.

It was very hard to communicate with the older staff since they can’t speak English. Also we always had to request for an extra bath towel (only 1 was given for double sharing). They give hand towel because they say they ran out of bath towels. Very frustrating. We communicate thru google translate.

It's a nice hotel, love the bathroom. But it's too far away from Seoul and from the Airport.

the hotel was nice, front desk people were friendly but there was no accommodations of toiletries such as tooth brush tooth paste shampoo conditioner and also the sink was clogged

It's a nice, modern hotel but a little bit far away from the airport and the city centre.

It's a decent location for two night stay if you want to be near incheon airport (taxi fare is about 30-40k krw). It is also close to sangdo, and if youve been to odaiba in Tokyo, then this place will grow to be similar (still constructing). Hotel wise it was clean, got all the usual amenities and even a bath bomb/salt! There's a Cafe inside the hotel too. I enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel is not for families. The room was big but you can smell the cigarrette stench in the room. Just didnt feel comfortable or clean in the hotel. It just did the job of providing bed and place to stay overnight.

It was a stopover trip for us. The area is very far from the shopping areas. Not much things to do around the area. Not quite accessible from airport via train or bus. Quite a long journey. Taxi fare to airport is around 51000won. You can take a taxi to the town area though. Room is spacious and big. It's clean. But there is laundry trolley parked at the corridor for some strange reasons.

From the moment I walked in the hotel I was welcomed by the staff. They were very helpful and very knowledgable. The staff knew English and were able to find my reservation right away. It only took max 5 min to get my key and my information. I stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable and very peaceful. I called for wine glasses and they brought them up within 5 min of me calling. Its hard to order take out sometimes because a lot of places don't speak english so the front desk was able to order for us that made it very easy for us. On the day we checked out I ended up staying a few hours passed the normal checkout time so there was a fee I had to pay in which I onew in advance because we called and asked. In the way out there seemed to be a problem with my card so the gentleman at the front desk helped. He also knew spanish which caught me by suprise, overall I would definately stay again; I would definately recommend this hotel. 5 stars in my book.

I had a one-night layover in Seoul, so chose to stay in Incheon to avoid the commute to the city. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport, so this worked pretty well. The place itself appears very new, and the room was extremely nice -- lovely design and materials, all in top shape, very comfortable and clean. Really the nicest of the three I stayed in on my trip (including a pretty fancy one in Hong Kong) and absolutely nothing to ask for. The area is okay too: lots of restaurants about, convenience stores, etc. There are also many many hotels in the area, though the neighbourhood was pretty empty during my visit -- there may be a draw there (beyond the airport) that I don't know about. They certainly have facilities for lots of visitors. The only slight inconvenience was that airport busses don't come to the neighbourhood, but instead to a different cluster of hotels too far to walk. At £20 GBP taxi fare each way, it might make sense to book at one of those more expensive hotels -- but really a more pricey place wouldn't be more comfortable, and the neighbourhood might well prove less interesting. All in all: a great place to stay!

조식 간단해도 맛나고 침대 엄청 편해요 건물도 깔끔! 인테리어굿

청결하고 일반적인 서비스는 좋았음 아침식사는 꼭 챙기는 습관이라 약간 금액적인 부담을 하더라도 업그레이드 했으면 좋을듯

조식 실망입니다. 80년대 잔반처리식. 남은음식을 선반위 플라스틱통에 직접 붓게하는... 보기드문 광경이었습니다. 외국인도 있던데 창피했어요

Their bed and sofa , very uncomfortable.. not using bed sheet .. provided towel one big and 2 small for 2 persons.
