property is very close to submit station. Room and bathroom are very clean. Didn't like the air fresher in the room. Hotel don't have microwave. Staff speak very limited English.

I really loved the style of the room which was traditional with a modern feel. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and kind.

Nice and comfortable for exhibition. But a bit quite. Very convenient for traveling very close to the train station.

Hotel is located about 15mins away from Kinex Expo that was the reason for staying in this hotel. Not many staff speaks English. There is no breakfast provided but there are many shops and restaurants near the hotel that you could have breakfast or dinner. There is also no iron available as I needed to iron my business clothes. However there is a message chair that is good.

The location is great. 5 minutes walk to station and 15 minutes walk to Kintex. The bathroom is really big. And there are many restaurants nearby.

My colleagues and I stayed in Deigners Hotel The Rich for 3 nights. We had a great time, the staff took great care of us, the hotel is very clean and beds comfortable. Thumbs up!

Was great

This is a trip for business, we attended the show in KINTEX, the room is big and in-room wifi is good. The hotel location is good, you can have the direct bus (3300) from the Incheon airport to Daehwa station. And some restaurants and a supermarket - HOME PLUS, several convenience stores in walking distance. Some smoke smell in the room but overall and location is perfect.

I booked a deluxe room and apart from being bigger, I don't see any difference. I was expecting a bed , but got a Korean style mattress on the floor instead. The windows were wonderfully big like the size of room. But the view, it was a big dark wall of the next building! I could almost touch it if I really try. so curtains or not, the room remained dark.

The hotel is within walking distance to Kintex (Korea International Exhibition Centre). The hotel is actually located at the end of a side road along a row of small hotels. Its main entrance is small and inconspicuous. I wonder whether it is a cross between a business hotel and a love hotel.

One of the housekeeper(a guy) was not helpful. When asked for toilet roll, he gave a sigh and show face. Two days no toilet paper have to use face tissue. Front desk Mr Seo was very helpful and the only guy that speaks & understand English.

The location is convenient. It is pretty close to Metro station within 5 mins walk. The room is nice and clean. I will stay again, if I need to attend the exhibition next time.

Not very foreign friendly... Most of the staff doesn't know English. If you come for a conference in KINTEX it's a very good choice. There was a little bit bad smell in the room that came from the street but in general it was a good experience.

There were no non-smoking rooms in this hotel so we were given a room that smelt like cigaretts even though we chose to get a non-smoking room when making a booking. The room was often way too hot and we asked them to change our room next day but they were a bit hesitant of doing so.

I was there for four days connected to business at Kintex exhibition center. This was the worst hotel experience in a long time and I spend at least two three nights a week in hotels all over the world. The rooms are nicely designed, but there is zero service and the rooms are not clean at all. There have, for example been left-over cigarette stubs in my non-smoking room and used cotton swabs. Unacceptable in my opinion, but the staff did not even understand why I was upset: Why didn't I just throw these away, they said. My conclusion: Convenient location in fairly close proximity to Kintex. But I still recommend to avoid this hotel!
