Comfortable bed. The staff was helpful.

The property looked promising on paper, but after a couple of days I’d call it a three-star experience at four-star prices. Some key issues I ran into: • Elevators: Poorly programmed or simply insufficient. During peak hours, expect to wait 10–15 minutes just to go up or down. The building is too tall for stairs to be a viable option. • Room temperature: In early September I couldn’t get the room cooler than 24 °C no matter how I set the thermostat. • Hot water: Lukewarm at best, and takes far too long to heat up. • Pillows: Uncomfortably bad — after the first night my neck was sore enough that I went out to find an alternative. • Cleanliness: One morning I’m fairly sure I saw rodent droppings in the breakfast kitchen area. On the plus side, it’s centrally located, the Wi-Fi is solid, and it does provide a place to rest your head. But overall, the experience fell short of expectations for the price.

Air conditioning in room very weak, not hot just not cool, and it was on "full blast". Could not open curtains because heat boiled in through the window making air conditioning non existent. Therefore, with drapes necessarily closed, it was like a cave, darkest most unpleasant "lighting" I ever over paid for. Staff was friendly and efficient. Free shuttle bus to shopping was nice and bus to airport was reasonable. Only changed sheets if you asked. Shower in bath tub, slick and dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel because of the air conditioning issue alone. No english TV, Japanese translator talks over the english.

Property was clean and well maintained and in a central location. Self service for luggage, no help at all for luggage handling is the only thing lacking and inconvenient.

I love the idea of an ice maker on my floor's lift lobby. But I don't like that if I wanted to iron my clothes, I have to bring my clothes to the laundry room.

The area around the hotel is close to the famed night market, Seoul Cathedral, Hanok village, several historic sites, including the palaces. A Starbucks, bar, and Korean BBQ restaurant are all in the building, but there are numerous options within walking distance — so many wonderful coffee shops and Michelin restaurants. The hotel team was also very helpful and friendly.

Brilliant staff - nothing was too much effort. Everything was clean, breakfast had a huge number of choices, close to transport, lots of great restaurants and two convenience stores very close by.

Great location, comfortable accomodations, friendly stuff

During our stay, we experienced a few issues: One day, there were no towels in the room, and I had to call the front desk to request some. On another day, the shampoo was not refilled, so I had to call again for a replacement. The yellow tiles on the floor and sides of the shower area were rusted, making it uncomfortable to shower barefoot. One design concern is the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. It faces the bed directly, so when one person uses the bathroom at night, the light can disturb the other person sleeping. This design also raises privacy concerns, especially if the two guests are not a couple, since the silhouette of the person showering can be seen from the bed. We were not informed about this setup at check-in, and we're unsure if all rooms have the same design. The man who checked us in was professional but didn't smile, which made the interaction feel a bit cold. The woman who checked us out was much friendlier and welcoming. Overall, the hotel is good and well-located, but these details could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Overall the hotel is amazing, clean, quite, just off the main street. Train station just front of the hotel, great locations, many dinning places off the corner, could be noise due to the fact how close the restaruants are. The only downside is thermostate is not adjustable.

Smooth check in and room was available for early check in Subway entrance is right outside the hotel Room is clean and comfortable Myeongdong Main Street is about 15 mins walk or 1 subway station away. The only downside of the hotel is their weak WiFi connection.

My friend and I came here for a girls trip and we stayed for a week. We stayed at another hotel down the street last year and was very happy with it. Being a Sheraton fan in the states, we thought we could try out this one, but unfortunately the rooms seem to be infested with flies?? We have a speculation it’s come from the vents bc after our first room was infested with flies, we checked our second room that we were switched too and it had no flies. Every time we came home we closed the door quickly and my friend and I would do a room check and for some reason we’d find mysterious flies in our room??? They’re not fungus gnats but more like teenage flies

This hotel with its name behind Sheraton was very sub par. The elevator was slow and the laundry area was dirty. I picked up excess trash and photo was taken . The bathroom shower door had rust. Yuck. We intended to extend our stay but changed our minds after the experience

Our stay was fab, but the lifts were horrendous. Took us 15 mins to get down to the ground floor from reception this morning!
