Great room, great staff, great price, next to National Assembly. Staying for 2 weeks and really happy to have laundry in the unit. Honestly almost stayed at the Shilla and glad I didn’t. Spent way less in a quality hotel.

Hotel was great and the room was very nice. Tons of dining options that are all nearby. There’s a subway station basically across the street. Cabs as always around too if you prefer that mode of transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
The only issue with the property is the carpets in the area leading to the rooms on my floor should probably be replaced. It’s coming up in areas. Minor detail.

Amazing place to stay. Great location. Across the street from public transit. Many restaurants near the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Everything was perfect except i arrived late and asked if there was something nearby where i could get something. They said everything was closed. There are two 24 hour markets around the corner. I recommend this hotel

I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel

Staff are friendly, fast/efficient and helpful. Subway station is right outside the front door for line 9. No wash cloths for American tourist so bring your own; they do provide bath sponges. The heat and air are controlled by the hotel so the room was warm but we requested a fan and the windows open so that helped. Water bottles are provided daily for free and cleaning staff were great! We enjoyed our trip and would stay again!

The Glad hotel is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in downtown Seoul. You can catch the metro nearby but otherwise there aren’t too many attractions within walking distance. The deluxe king is a great size!

Meh. Check-in and out processes seemed very rigid... Paid for 'early' check-in even though a room was available, lol... Missing a lot of the finer touches of higher end accommodations (though to be fair, they do not charge or position themselves as five-star). Soundproofing sorely lacking. Basic room footprint seemed a bit cramped. Buffet was nothing special. Everything seemed a bit DIY. Useful as a base for 'Han River' activities but would not recommend staying more than a day or two.

Thank you to the staff at the front desk especially. The hotel is clean, so convenient for the subway, breakfast buffet was so varied and delicious, and the food at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor was also fantastic.

It’s very convenient, it’s just outside the metro and bus station. The location is very quiet there are many cafe around and also a general store which is very handy but only accepts cards.

Love this property, with very friendly staff at all times.
Even on the most busiest day on 12/14/2024 - they were able to delivered food to my room.

The Blue House is literally within view when you walk out of the hotel. The subway is also right there in front of the hotel.
The staff are really nice and the hotel beds are really comfortable.
