I was really surprised that the landlord spoke English so well. She was kind and friendly. My room was spacious enough and had all the necessary amenities. The location is convenient for transportation, and the price is reasonable. Thanks

The lobby was clean and the elevator smelled fresh. The rooms were like an old style Korean motel. They had soft flooring. The rooms were some of the cleanest I have found on Jeju Island. The bed was super comfortable and not too hard. We had a view which included the ocean, but unfortunately also showed us a messy rooftop. I would definitely go back again. It is still a great value.

This hotel is perfectly positioned to get either to Jeju city center or the airport with a decent walk or a short bus trip. We found it to be incredibly convenient for each and made trip planning easy. The rooms, for the price, were some of the best we had as they were quite large and very comfortable. The bathroom was heaven as it is quite large and immaculately clean. The rooms lack decorations but they are comfortable (and did I mention super clean?). The price was perfect.

It's a good place to stay. I was comfortable, and it's well priced. There is a shared kitchen you can use.
The front desk isn't staffed at all times but you can call a number ... if you have a Korean phone.
The doors rattle a lot even with just a breath of wind. The motion-sensor light in my room turned on every time the fridge motor started.

Bed was dirty and there was hesitation to replace all of the bedding, in the end just the bed pad was replaced with a clean one this much later after requesting to have room cleaned for the day. Toilets did not work well

For the price it was OK. There was no coffee available, and that seems to be kind of a standard provision in almost all hotels regardless of price in Korea. But just to stay, it was OK and was in a fairly good location.
