Not clean

I am a frequent traveler and I have stayed in all kinds of hotels in many parts of the world. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever experienced. Generally hotels in Seoul are nice, clean and cost effective, but NOT this one. Avoid it at all cost, though their competitive price and heavily photoshopped pictures may look tempting. * Water pressure is not bad, but sometimes hot water would run out in the middle of a shower. * The building must have been OK (not great for sure) when it was first built, but it was NOT well maintained. * Towels are so worn out, I had to procure my own hand towel during my stay. I even left hefty tips to have nice bath towels, but I didn't get any. Some towels are not even worthy of wiping floors with. I gave up on getting decent bath towel, and used hand towels after shower. * Sewer smell kept creeping up into the room. So did cigarette smell from other rooms. Completely disgusting. * I could hear lots of noise from other rooms. Street noise level was high, as windows were not well insulated. * Bed sheets were horrible on some days. Many times, it was so rough and worn out, I asked the staff to change the bed sheet in the middle of the night. When the staff brought a new one, it had many holes on it. He brought another one, and when he opened it up, there was a big hair ball in it. Unbelievable. * Outside line is turned off on the telephone. * They turned off room temperature control. Either too cold or too hot.

Overall amazing stay!

The bathtub needs more cleaning. The temperature was confusing to use. Front desk was fast and efficient. The room was clean overall and the bed was comfortable. Decent view and window is small but not bad

I recommend this hotel for city getaway or business trip in Gangnam area. Great location with walk-in distance bus station, lots of restaurants and cafes, stores, etc. If you bring a vehicle, you will need to do machine parking because there is no parking space. The room I got was non-smoking, but I could smell smoking, so I request room change. All in all, it was a good stay considering the reasonable price and staff and maid service, and location.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Because we have meeting to attend, the hotel staffs was very kind to allow us to check in early and late check out without extra charges. They even help us to call for taxi. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, separate toilet with high technology bidet and shower area with bath tub.

An absolutely fantastic hotel even at the last minute price. Clean room, everything worked fine and check-in was pretty hassle free. If I ever came back to Seoul I would absolutely stay here again.

浴槽がありよかった。

2駅使えて良かったです

良かった点は部屋が広い、トイレがウォシュレット付き、浴槽ありだったところで問題は立地だけ。2号線と9号線を利用できるし距離的には大丈夫だけど駅からの傾斜がきつかったのでちょっと出かけて荷物置きにホテル戻るのは難しかった。 足腰に自信ある方ならいいかも。

建物自体は少し古さを感じるものの、綺麗に掃除されているので快適でした。換気のために窓を開けておくと蚊が入ってきたので、お部屋に殺虫剤が置かれてました。 ホテルはほぼ坂の頂上にあるので、大きな荷物があると少し大変かもしれないです。 受付の方は日本語で丁寧に対応していただきましたので、問題なくチェックインなどできました。江南の繁華街にも近いので、総合的にはとても満足です！

도로 소음이 심함

Un bel hôtel bien situé. Prix raisonnable. Prestations correctes, grandes salles de bain. Personnel aimable, propreté correcte. L'isolation phonique aurait pu être meilleure, il y a quelques petits points améliorables, mais pour le prix, vu la situation, c'est très très bien. de bons restaurants en face ouverts 24/7, c'est très bien.

2泊しましたが、広くて綺麗で、清掃もタオル交換もきちんとしてくれて、水も冷蔵庫に入れてくれていて、必ずまた利用したいと思います！とても良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

コンパクトにまとまっている。駅は2線路使える。坂が少ししんどかった。大通り歳だがうるさくないし、夜でも怖くなかった

施設は良いが周りにお店が少ない場所は駅から近くはないが遠くもない。施設内は静かだが大通り沿いのため騒音がある。水回り良い。コンビニ近い。

シャワーカーテンがなかったです。それ以外はとても良かったです。

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 部屋は髪の毛がまとまって落ちていたり、バスローブに髪の毛が絡み付いていて少し気になりましたが、そこを加味してもとても使いやすくて、また使いたいと思うホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel pour mon séjour à Séoul et je n’ai rien à dire le personnel est souriant les chambres comme sur les photos et propre. Une superbe expérience ! Je reviendrai
