The bed cover is not clean and there are marks something not cleaned. Thermostat for air conditioning unit was not working anymore and could not control room temperature. The shower on the wall at the bathroom is terrible and very inconvenient.

The location was unbeatable. Everything was steps from the hotel. Good food. Good shopping (both bargain and high end) Customer service was great. But the rooms were very basic. And the beds were extremely uncomfortable (imagine a trampoline with sheets). I would not stay here again even if the location was perfect.

Aircon centralised and aircon was turned off 1 of the night which is quite warm in middle of night . Tired to open the window and found out it was “fake window” so need to endure the warm . Hotel seems abit old with only 1 electric point for charging. Great location with many eateries around .
